"We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall."

"Far from Downtown, on the main road (noisy), broken tiles in bathroom, air conditioner loud and did not cool the room much, single-ply toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, door lock very difficult to open with actual brass key. Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed."

"The staff are nice, but the the rooms are rundown and at the breakfast the eggs were too dryed and over cooked."

"Property was poorly maintained. Bed was terrible and furniture worn out. Staff was not friendly. Only positive was that the room itself was reasonably clean. Would definitely not stay here again. Travel companions selected property based on price. Clearly, you get what you pay for!"

"The property is immaculately maintained, with an excellent staff and wonderful hosts (Jim and Leslie). Easy drive to Durango, hot springs, Purgatory ski slopes, etc make this one of my favorite B-N-Bs. The morning breakfast is just cherries on top!"

"Location is a little bit out of town so you have to drive into town and pay for parking which is a hassle for me because I’m handicapped and parking is very difficult for me, other than the train ride and dining there is not really much to do in Durango. The usual tourist traps are everywhere so I moved on to Grand Canyon the next day."

"Friendly staff but not enough staff during breakfast. Over all a good stay. High price but what can you expect it is Durango in the tourist season."
