Apartment in villa on the sea (first floor)

"Villa Marini" is located in Marina Serra (Tricase) a quiet town a few km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sanctuary, a town surrounded by one of the most suggestive and unspoiled Apulian landscapes: the high and steep coast between Otranto and the Cape di Leuca, an area protected by the regional park.
The villa consists of three apartments and a studio apartment.
The first floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom), living room / kitchen, balcony and large panoramic veranda overlooking the sea.
The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are large and suitable for up to 3 beds and in the living room / kitchen there is a double sofa bed.
The villa is in a peripheral position with respect to the small town of Marina Serra so in the absence of vehicular transit and directly overlooks the sea, reachable with easy access beyond the road in front of the villa plus a beautiful natural swimming pool also accessible for children at 150 m recently object of an article on Vanity Fair for its beauty and the former marina now become a swimming area with shallow waters.
The villa is suitable for various types of tourists, couples, families, groups with the possibility of adapting to all needs.
We provide linen on request and with additional payment (sheets and bathroom towel kit). We provide a cot for the little ones free of charge.
Overall, the villa has 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite.
The spaces of the villa can be used flexibly according to the needs and requests of Misters. travelers. Our villa is in fact suitable for families, large groups and even couples.
My family and I spend the summer in another apartment always in the villa. Our 9-year-old Roberto's children, Riccardo of 13 and Anita of 16 often make a joint, together with their cousins and friends, with our little guests both in the garden games and in the dives in the sea and in the afternoon autonomous "outings" and evening in the resort which is quiet and safe from this point of view.
TV with Sky satellite decoder usable with the smart cards of Misters. guests or ViaSat.
Large outdoor spaces, garden with children's games, shaded parking (2 parking spaces per apartment), common washing machine, comfortable common outdoor shower.
Numerous associations in the area organize excursions, trekking, boat trips etc.
