"DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here. "Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else."

"The room had a floor model ac unit instead of vented room/ thermostat controlled ac. The unit, situated next to the bed was extremely loud and blew constantly. It was way too loud for sleeping. It was vented by a large tube into a hole in the wall, that was not well secured. Do not expect any type of calm, quiet atmosphere in the room."

"Great location, clean rooms. Only two of the four elevators were working so there were LONG wait times and the stairs didn’t lead to an exit, only to the basement."

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"The staff were so welcoming. we were able to check in a bit early and we appreciated that. the room was perfect and i especially loved the balcony i could step out onto for morning coffee. the breakfast was excellent and the waiter was so polite and working hard to make everyone feel attended to during the morning rush. we took a walk around the beautiful neighborhood after breakfast. i would absolutely stay here again."
