Good location, nice and quiet but close to what we needed

Stayed here for a large family reunion weekend and the location was perfect for us. We were able to get things at the nearby Safeway but also explore much of the area. It is pretty close to the river (walking distance), so fun to get outside. The property itself is nice and clean and was perfect for the two of us and our two adult boys.

Spacious house with all the things for your stay. Each room has a large bed and closet - the blackout shades were great for the kids in the summer. Ample towels and things to use for our weekend stay with family.

Conference in Richland

Three adults in town for a conference. Had to scramble due to VRBO mistake and this was a godsend. Great location and wonderful house! All we needed- kitchen and proximity to grocery and places we needed! Will rebook next year!

Richland Home

We enjoyed our stay so much during my husband's 50th class reunion weekend! The house happened to be on the same block as the one my husband and his sister grew up in so it was like old home week. Location was perfect for all our activities and we loved spending time on the deck. The yard was great for our little dog as well.

Great home!

The house is very nicely furnished, and very comfortable for our family of eight. The host was super easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions immediately. We’re especially grateful for the allowing of pets, we’re hoping to return next year for our annual event. We gave four stars on cleanliness only because of the (very typical for the Tri Cities)) dust on the outside deck furniture. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location in Richland

We enjoyed our stay at the historic Gold Coast property. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space. Lots of windows provided abundant light in the living areas. Kitchen is nice with some extras like coffee and spices. The outdoor space with deck were nice but the patio furniture and bbq need an upgrade. Some noise from downstairs apartment but didn’t bother us. All in all I would recommend this home and would stay here again.

Centrally Located, close to everything!

We rented this amazing house for Thanksgiving with extended family and it was absolutely perfect! A nice fenced back yard allowed the dogs a safe place to run, and the kitchen was very well appointed for all of our cooking and baking needs. 4, very good sized bedrooms accommodated all of the guests and the two bathrooms were very adequate for our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet only a block from the local Safeway, and 8 miles from the wineries we were scheduled to visit! The host was very accommodating as well and answered any questions thar arose very promptly. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the tri-cities area. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Grandmothers 99th Birthday

We can up for my Grandmothers 99th birthday coming from 3 states and 5 different locations. It was so nice to have a place all of us could visit without feeling like we were crowded together. Due to miscommunication on my part we had to change our reservation two times. Both times was stress free. I would stay here again with out a doubt in my mind. I only gave it 4 stars not because we weren't happy with everything but because there is always room for improvement in our lives. I will recommend this property to anyone . thank you again for such a wonderful home away from home.
