  • Hill Top Hide Away es una hermosa casa de 4500 pies cuadrados ubicada frente al lago en el lago Watauga en Butler Tennessee. Esta casa cuenta con tres dormitorios, tres baños completos, dos cocinas, un sótano terminado y un garaje. En las habitaciones de arriba hay una reina y un completo. El dormitorio principal es un rey. En la planta baja, en el sótano, hay una litera doble, así como un sofá cama Queen. La casa tiene un gran porche en el nivel principal. También hay acceso a una parrilla de carbón y gas. La propiedad en sí frente al lago, la casa está en una colina con el muelle y el pozo de fuego ubicado en una pequeña carretera sin marcar. Tenemos 2 kayaks y botes de remos que el huésped puede usar. Requerimos un depósito de $ 200, un depósito por mascota de $ 100 y una tarifa de limpieza de $ 175. Birthday Surprise

We stayed at this property to celebrate my Dad’s 80th and it was wonderful. Plenty of space, comfy beds, gorgeous views allowed everything to be perfect.

Beautiful place!! Located at the end of a cove on lake— very peaceful and quiet until Saturday when a neighbor ran a tractor and mower for awhile then several hours of target practice firing guns we kinda got tired of hearing the gunfire go on and on but the owner can’t help that. Very nice dock- the wood was so smooth no worry for splinters- maybe teak wood. Really enjoyed the kayaks especially morning and evening. Kitchen very well equipped and the grill was clean and did a great job grilling ribeyes and corn on cob. Highly recommend this place!! Great stay

We were in the area for a family wedding and our stay at the Hill Top Hide Away was amazing! The property is beautiful and very comfortable and the views are just breathtaking! The hosts are great and very easy to communicate with and added to the wonderful experience. 5 stars all the way and we would definitely stay there again!

Amazing views.

We absolutely love this place. It was beautiful and definitely would go back. It was so family friendly and the winery up the the road was gorgeous. It is slice of heaven.

Great location

The location of this property is amazing! It's deep into a cove which gives it a more seclusion feel. This house is very clean and everything is up to date. I recommend this location if wanting to stay on watauga lake.

Wonderful home and location!! Fantastic sleeping options for the whole family! Loved having a dock, porch swings, & nice outdoor grill! Carol & Tommy are wonderful- we will be back!

Pros: The house was great and had everything we needed. It had plenty of space and the basement area was a big bonus having 4 teens with us. The owners are extremely responsive and answered all questions and texts immediately. Cons: distance to activities - just be prepared to drive a lot. If remote is what you want this house is perfection.

Enjoyed the place very much

Great dock, paddleboard, canoe. Downstairs was fun for kids and very spacious. Comfy beds. Fire pit was wonderful. Owner was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay.

Beautiful Stay and Wonderful Property

Our family of 10 enjoyed a nice weeklong stay at the lake. The hosts were so gracious and helpful. The property was well-kept. It was one of my favorite vacation spots/rentals that I have stayed at in the past 10 years. We will definitely be returning.

Great stay at cute little house on the water

My family and I had a great stay! We stayed here to enjoy the water and waterside fire pit and for some of our group to go skiing. The slopes were about 40-60 minutes away so completely doable. The hosts were very friendly and even helped us feel more comfortable when we made a request. We all had a wonderful time!

Amazing Time

The property is simply fantastic. It was not only beautiful but was also very spacious. We had 7 in our group and never felt crowded. The owners made us feel welcomed and were always available for questions and advice. We loved the place so much that we are already planning a trip back in the summer.

Beautiful, secluded lakeside retreat

My family and I were excited to see that the house was just as advertised, with fantastic amenities on the water such as a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, fishing gear, etc. The house was in great shape and provided ample room for all seven of us. The close proximity to local wineries and marinas for boat rental is superb. A+

Amazing!!!

This home is even more amazing than in the pictures. Owners are awesome, well taken care of. One word of advise is pick up food and supplies on your way in. Stores are a bit out of the way.

Great getaway at the lake

My family loved the breakdown of bedrooms and ratio to bathrooms The dock had several watersports and a great area for a bonfire. Three separate dining tables and an awesome kitchen to cook for everybody. Extra bonus was a bird had laid her eggs in a nest behind a pillow on a chair on front porch. Love that nature was so close. We will absolutely be back.

Lovely Week

Hilltop Hideaway was a lovely home that housed our family this week. We were a family group of 9, with ages ranging 7-73. The lakefront access is exceptional with a large covered dock, kayaks, a canoe and paddle board. We used the lakefront fire pit, graciously furnished with Adirondack chairs and GOOD firewood several times. The location is remote, but we loved being at the end of a channel.

Watauga Get Away

Private location. Well maintained. Owners very responsive to any questions/concerns. Plenty of room for our family with six adults. Pet friendly which we appreciated. Kayaks and canoe provided with easy access from private boat dock. Large fire pit area with wood supplied. Boone about an hour away. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation.

Wonderful house. Quit and peaceful. All my kids had a great time. So nice to have two separate areas. Downstairs great for older kids who stay up late. Upstairs for early to bed and early to rise kids. We loved the dock with all the water crafts. My kids did hours of fishing of the dock! Carol was easy to communicate with. Great place we hope to return!
