It is ideal (Bus shuttles); to discover exceptional landscapes, bordering Spain, to take many hiking trails in the nature reserve, to climb the Pic du Costabonne and access the Tour de Mir…, to visit the fortified city, the historical monuments of the old town, surrounded by ramparts by taking the cobbled streets and accessing Fort Lagarde by the tunnel; to accommodate two people for a stay at the thermal spa of La Preste, located 7km away (Bus shuttles) In February, the Bear Festival, classified as intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO, celebrates the arrival of spring by offering an immersion in Catalan tradition. Throughout the year, entertainment and festivities brighten up this village, sharing and conviviality bring together tourists and locals. Close to the center, this cottage offers the opportunity to enjoy shops and services, on foot. Ground floor: Entrance Living room with convertible sofa bed: possibility of 2 beds for 2 adults or 2 teenagers, with direct access to a bathroom with sink, modern shower, toilet and sauna for moments of relaxation after a day of beautiful discoveries. 1st floor: A friendly living room including a dining room and a living room with wood stove for cozy evenings. 2nd floor: Equipped kitchen A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a bathtub, a sink and private toilet. This old house has been completely renovated, however the stairs are secure but uncomfortable for people with reduced mobility and/or very young children. Free municipal car parks 200m away and drop-off point near the gîte.
