Located on the ground floor, the accommodation welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living room, divided into a relaxation area with a comfortable fabric sofa and a dining area with a round table and chairs enhanced with wicker details. The warm wood-toned flooring and bohemian-style decorative elements create a cozy, holiday-like atmosphere, perfect for relaxing moments. Large windows enhance the natural light and offer a beautiful view outside, where the greenery of the garden blends with the deep blue of the lake. Separate from the living room, the modern white kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for independent cooking, as well as a practical snack counter with two stools, ideal for quick breakfasts or aperitifs.

The sleeping area consists of a tastefully furnished double bedroom, enriched by an original wallpaper depicting a wheat field, conveying a pleasant sense of calm and well-being. The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and a bidet.

The true highlight of the apartment is the direct access to the magnificent private garden overlooking the lake: a well-kept green space, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying convivial moments, or simply taking in the scenery between water and mountains. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the center of Ponte Tresa and about 5 minutes from the Italian border. Nearby, you can enjoy pleasant walks along the lake: following the lakeside for about 2 km, you reach the picturesque village of Caslano, with its well-known Lido di Caslano, ideal for relaxing moments and summer days. Crossing the border, you easily reach Lavena Ponte Tresa, where you will find numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, perfect for shopping and discovering local cuisine. From the pier in Ponte Tresa, it is also possible to board boats connecting the main villages along Lake Lugano, offering a scenic way to explore the region. Lugano is also nearby, about 10 km away, with its lively center, boutiques, museums, and numerous cultural and entertainment opportunities.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and follow your GPS. The apartment can be reached in 15–20 minutes.

By train, from Lugano FLP station take the S60 train towards “Ponte Tresa” (11 stops, about 25 minutes) and get off at the terminus. The accommodation is about 100 meters from the station.
