There is a beautiful private beach with water access for renting kayaks and cruising in the bay at high tide. This waterfront Trenton home is minutes from Acadia National Park, lobster pounds, and amenities. Home layout:

First floor: King bedroom with lots of storage, TV and AC

Full bathroom with a tub shower and lots of natural light.

There is a spacious kitchen with many appliances, spices and cooking supplies. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room offer a spectacular ocean view from every window. There is AC, a flat screen TV and plenty of seating for dining a lounging.



Second floor:

King bedroom with incredible ocean views, TV and AC

2 Queen bedrooms both with a TV, and AC

Full bathroom with a walk in shower



Outdoor space:

Spacious deck to have your morning coffee and watch the wildlife, or see the seals swimming in with the tide.

Ping pong, lawn games including corn hole, and a fire pit for s'mores under the Maine starry skies.

Your ONE small to medium sized dog is ok, with pre-approval, a pet agreement and a pet fee.
