Spacious family home for up to 10 guests boasting a 180 degree lake view over the island of Comacina located in sun kissed Sala, one of the most sought after villages here on Lake Como. The property Residence Sala Comacina (apartment no 2) affords breathtaking lake views inside, expertly constructed boasting ample space for large families or groups to relax and unwind in comfort. Take in the spectacular views from your private terrace, watch the sunrise as your breakfast to the lake and mountain backdrop, top of your tan on the terrace or sip and aperitif on the luxury garden furniture at sunset. Alternatively, unwind at either of the shared pools , outdoor open all summer, or at our indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna at the residence open 365 days a year here at Sala Comacina Residence. Three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and an additional living area with double sofa bed (walk through room to access one of the double bedrooms). The home can sleep up to ten guests.

The home is conveniently located to reach the village of Sala Comacina with its pretty lake front and typical italian village life. Guests enjoy the stroll to the lake to dine and enjoy delicious local italian dishes and wonderful wines. Sala is home to an excellent wine bar, superb butcher with the freshest cuts, bakery and convenience store and cafe bars. The location of the residence means you are just a short drive to Lenno for the beach, ferry and supermarket. Less than 5 minutes by car. In less than 3 minutes walk from the property here in Sala Comacina, a lido with beach volley, basketball area, 5-a-side football, restaurant and beach.
In Sala Comacina there is another beach and a ferry station also. Taxi boat to the island.
Just a few of the highlights our guests love include Villa Balbianello, 007 Casino Royale. Como city, 30 minutes from the residence, Bellagio, just a ferry ride away. The cable car to Pigra with breathtaking views over Como is less than a 10 minute drive. Mountaineers and cyclists will enjoy the majestic mountains to explore. Further afield, trips to the glitzy town San Moritz are popular or for the more adventurous, Monte Generoso offers mountain top and lake scenery that a sight to behold. The city of Milan is just an hours drive as is outlet shopping at Fox Town in Mendrisio over the Swiss border.

We had a lovely stay here - great part of the lake. Matteo was a very helpful host.

We stayed in Sala Comicina 4 relatives in their 70’s and 80’s and our kids. Matteo provided excellent directions to the property along with videos describing the how to get there and enter. The indoor parking was large enough to accommodate our 9 passenger van (though negotiating the tight turn from the road to the driveway required some back and forth). The main living area and upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned. There is an indoor pool and hot tub in a rec area. There is also an outdoor pool wthe a view of the lake. Lake views are stunning. The house connects to the Lake Como Greenway so you can walk out the yard and follow the path (a nice bonus). If you plan on cooking you will need to buy oil and herbs and spices.

Brand-new, modern appartment with marvellous view. Parking very convenient within garage of the appartment house. The owner takes care of the property himself and is outstandingly committed to make the stay most enjoyable. Can highly recommend it.
