An open kitchen on this level is fully equipped for your convenience, and a shower room with bidet and WC completes the lower ground floor layout.
The upper floor offers a large living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the balcony. This floor accommodates all 4 double bedrooms. 2 of these double bedrooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and are equipped with air conditioning. A third double bedroom also features 1 double bed of the same dimensions measuring 160 cm by 190 cm. The fourth double bedroom similarly offers 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 190 cm and includes a private shower room with bidet and WC.
