APPLE TREE HOLIDAY HOME
This half-timbered house with 220 sqm of living space was built in 1750, just a few steps from the Moselle River.
The holiday home was extensively renovated and completely refurbished by May 2017, and renovated in the winter of 2021/22.
The house has been awarded the highest rating of 5 stars by the German Tourism Association.
Each of the three bedrooms on the first floor has its own new bathroom with a window, a box-spring bed, and a 40" flat-screen TV.
Another three bedrooms on the second floor have their own bathroom with a window.
The holiday home is located on a main road in a 30 km/h zone in the Karden heritage conservation area.
A large sauna house with a 24 sq m sauna/relaxation room is available for your exclusive use.
The enclosed, large, 450 sq m garden is sun-drenched and offers unobstructed views directly into the vineyards.
