Beach Beauty in Treasure Cay

  • This 2 bedroom 2 bath villa is a conch throw from the beach and swimming pool! The villa has a queen size bed in the the first bedroom and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. One bedroom has a shower and the other is a shower and tub bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill. The villa is located right around the corner from the laundry facility, so fresh water and a laundromat are at your fingertips. The grocery store is just a few minutes away by foot, or a few seconds away by golf cart!
    Treasure Cay is still in a state of rebuild after the 2019 hurricane, Dorian. There are a couple of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. A small mini market for groceries and a liquor store are nearby as well. The beach is the most beautiful in all of Abaco!!!

Trip of a life time

We were very pleased with the property and location. Very close to the amazing beach and pool, and only a short walk to the mini mall. The weather was great and we got to experience many of the things the Bahamas have to offer.

Treasure Cay vacation January 2023

Awesome well appointed villa located near a private white sand beach. Beautiful, calm turquoise waters and tiki umbrellas over lounge chairs. So relaxing! Cinnamon buns at Florence’s are to die for.

Treasured time with parents in Treasure

My parents and I visited Abaco for six days. I called it my senior trip I never too with my senior parents. I am 45, and they are 72. We loved our stay at this villa with its close proximity to the pool, beach, and water refill/ laundry station. The pool was spacious, the beach views were beautiful, and the villa itself was equipped with everything we could need. We would definitley choose this villa again.

Amazing stay

We had such an incredible week at this beach villa-everything was fantastic. The villa was perfect-modern, extremely clean and with all the amenities you could ask for (Wi-Fi, A/C, streaming TV).. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and is just a short stroll from the front door of the villa. The owners were super helpful-staying in touch leading up to the trip and making sure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect getaway for our family. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful newly updated villa steps from beach

Glorious stay in this lovely villa that is one of the first to rebuild in the wake of hurricane Dorian. The renovation choices are tasteful and modern. The beds and furniture are all comfortable. Everything is clean and new. Treasure Cay has a ways to go before getting back to where it was before the hurricane but this villa is reflective of how the island and homeowners are striving to rebuild better and stronger. The internet service is stellar (much improved from prior visits). The only thing we struggled with was water pressure which was due to construction to improve water lines. Melanie was amazingly responsive and problem solved with us when we encountered any hitch in our stay. The caretaker on the ground, Donna, is so attentive and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We absolutely love it in TC and have been coming for years. We'll be back and won't hesitate to rebook at this villa.

beautiful beach and pool area

the house is great, had everything you would ever need, except a blender for tropical drinks!! amazing beach!! the people we met were all so nice, lots of owners coming back after being away 3 years because of hurricane Dorian. they are still recovering from the storm. the devastation is still all around. so things don’t look as pretty as they would. a warning should be to buy all your groceries in Marsh Harbor (40 mins away). because the temporary mini store in Treasure Cay doesn’t have much! at the time there is ONLY one restaurant , Bahama Beach Club open in TC and a small cafe, Cafe Lorraine’s. there are others farther away but you must have a car. It will be coming back, slowly!

Great stay, clean home

We didn’t know what to expect but when we walked in the door we instantly felt at home. The ac had been turned on prior to our arrival which was so welcome since it was so hot. The home is beautifully done and has a very welcoming feel. We went to find the beach which was really close and absolutely stunning. The beds were really comfortable, the place was clean and well located for some privacy but close enough to the pool and beach. The local grocery store was much smaller than we expected and sold out of items pretty quickly, so I really recommend you grab everything you want/need in Marsh Harbour. It was great for grabbing some quick snack foods though. The cafe was closed when we went to eat so we ended up going back to the highway to eat at the restaurant near the gas station. The food there was good. We had breakfast one morning at the Creative Hands (I believe that’s the name) food truck style restaurant. She makes a great breakfast sandwich and although she was out of coffee cups to go she was wonderful and offered us some large soup cups for coffee to go. Everything in this unit worked, was clean and very well stocked. This will be our go to unit when we return.

Well lived in and loved cottage

We stayed here for 9 days, supposed to be 11 but Hurricane Dorian decided we needed to leave :( . This cottage had everything that we might need for our stay, plenty of beach towels, quite a few spices, sugar, etc. We could sit out on the patio and rarely see anyone as it was surrounded by hedges so nice and private. The proximity to the pool and beach area was perfect! Just to the end of the walk way, past 3 cottage and you are at the pool, there is a walk way from the pool down to the beautiful beach! The beach was absolutely gorgeous and the warm clear/calm water great for swimming. We watched as a film crew set up down there and filmed part of a "Bahamas Life" so we will be looking for that in the upcoming months. When it was thought that Dorian would be just a tropical storm we were contacted by Jennifer and she was just checking in to make sure things were fine and letting us know if we wanted to head out early that it would be o.k. to do that and that the remaining days could be refunded. She checked in with us later after it was fairly certain Dorian was to be a hurricane to make sure we knew and to find out our plans. Also Donna checked on us several times as well. I hoped it fared well from the storm and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

That villa is just perfect

Close to the beach as well as pool area, well appointed kitchen, clean as your own house, that villa is just perfect. We travel a lot and have stayed in 3 different of villas in the same neibourhood, I have to say I was thrilled to find out the stock the owner has in the pantry for her guests to use! Wow! Everything is carfully hand dated and no need for you to buy or bring spices from home. Sugar, flour, foil paper, toilet paper, etc. she has it all, even rare spices!!! We cook a lot and always bring along what is a must for us to have when we cook, but hey, hands up to Jennifer for her delicate attentions. Just like us, you will understand, these are not leftovers from previous renters. Prior our stay, we were wondering why the rent was so affordable compared to the other villas. Rest assured there is no twist, I swear. The only thing I would suggest would be to replace the shower faucet in the main bathroom and to switch the beds from one room to another because the twin beds room is the largest and meant to best the main bedroom. Other than this, do not hesitate to rent it, you'll have a joyfull vacation in Treasure Cay! TY Jennifer,

Truly one of the most beautiful beaches!

Quiet family get away for the family to relax and enjoy the amazing beach and turquoise water. We enjoyed the snorkeling and availability to small market and island restaurants.

Great place in a fantastic location

We booked this at the last minute and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the property and location of the villa in the community. It’s very clean and bright with a well appointed kitchen. The villa is very close to the pool and beach. The grocery store is in a shopping center that’s less than a 3 minute bike ride away. I would 100% rent this villa again.

Amazing! Will definitely be back!

We stayed at Villa 584 in May 2019 and enjoyed every bit of it. Everything is very convenient, but the most important thing is being literally on the most amazing beach we have ever been on! No wonder Treasure Cay beach is considered one of top 10 in the world! Powdery sand, blue waters, light breezes... we almost cried leaving. The villa is well stocked - I should have come first check the pantry before heading to the store... The kitchen has everything you ever need and more... I felt like I am in my kitchen at home! You don't even need transportation to go to the grocery store it is a easy walking distance from the villa. And, ... if you don't feel like cooking, a few steps away directly on the beach there is Coco Beach Bar & Grille - very convenient, don't need to really go anywhere - just a short walk on the beach and you are there... Owner Jennifer, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Donna, the property manager, is close by to address all your questions. In overall, we will definitely come back to the same villa!

Beach Villas Unit #584

Great family vacation. The unit was a mere steps from the beach. Week equipped with beach towels, beach supplies, plenty of extra bath towels and kitchen utensils. Property management always around to answer questions. Laundry facilities 1 minute away. $3 per load. Unit was in good shape. Only negative comments on unit is the pillows are very lumpy and sliding glass door to patio does not work. Other than this everything was perfect. Been to most of the out island and Treasure Cay is hands down one of the friendliest we have ever been to. Excellent food at All restaurants. Be sure to visit Kirk the conch man for local conch salad.

A charming and relaxing home away from home

The house is conveniently located steps away from the community pool and beautiful white powder sand beach. A very quiet and friendly community with everything you need just steps away. My family and I were there for two days only and wished we spent a few more days there so we could visit Green Turtle Cay and No Name Cay to see the pigs :) The golf carts were all rented out but renting bikes got us the exercise we needed. Definitely take the trip to Creative Hands Bakery and Restaurant for authentic and very affordable food. We wish we found the place sooner! The house had everything we need, two bikes, outdoor grill, free wifi, two separate bathrooms, we really enjoyed our stay.
