"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "Lovely cottage, in a truely wonderful location. This home is rather arty and unique. Tastefully restored with love by the owner. It is small but plenty big enough for one mum and a lanky son. We thought it could have been a little cleaner; crumbs under cushions, sticky balcony, but as my son said "not bad enough to complain about". "Please be aware there is NO SITE PARKING. Hopefully the owner changes this toggle upon reading this review. Honestly, I had almost rated this flat as 4 star because it is advertised with parking though there is none, but it was so clean and perfect I had to give 5 stars. If your lucky you can find a space to park in the loading zone across the street between 5pm and 10am but locals park there too.
