• Peninsula Bay Resort offers an outdoor pool, hot tub (May through September ) and grill area, along with beach chairs to relax on the beach.
• 330 feet of Sandy frontage on the East Grand Traverse Bay.
• Winery and Cherry Orchards are within easy reach.
• No Hassle Access to Down-Town traverse city via the TART Trail or seasonal BATA Bus route (Memorial Day to Labor Day)


Many seasonal sports options nearby:
• With a Bike rental store and the tart trail across the street, this is the perfect location for biking. The Tart Trail connects to 100 of miles of biking trails and you are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City.
• For the equestrian, there are horseback riding tours nearby and “The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival” is just 6 miles down the road
• There is Jet Ski and Boat rental right next door.
• Snow Skiing at Mt Holiday Resort is only a few miles away at either Hickory Hills or Mt. Holiday.
• There are also many Fat Tire bike trails and events during the winter months.
• There are many snowmobile trails and snowmobile rental places near by.

This was our second time staying at this condo. It is spacious, clean and has a perfect beach location. My kids love having the beach so close and a pool and a hot tub! The condo itself is nicely decorated, lots of seating, everything you need for a home away from home. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for myself, my husband, and our three kids. Having a washer and dryer available was such a bonus, and we loved that beach towels were provided so we didn’t even need to use our own. The beach itself is absolutely a 10/10 — beautiful and perfect for our family. The host was attentive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked our stay for next year! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Traverse City.

Excellent stay! Condo was large, very clean and beds / furniture were unusually comfortable. Board games available to play for families. Loved that there was a cordless Dyson vacuum to clean up any sand that made its way in. Plenty of bath and beach towels. The condo building itself is also great, beautiful clean beach and pool / hot tub area. Nice lounge chairs at pool and beach too. Would definitely stay here again!

Best stay yet.

We have stayed at this property for 10 years and this year was by far the best experience. The host was accommodating, thoughtful, and easily accessible. The unit was clean, had extra bedding, beach towels, and hotel like amenities.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. This was a great location as described had supplies for cooking and nearly everything you could want communication with the host was great perfect location with a gorgeous view. I would highly recommend.

This condo was in a great location with a very quiet comfortable beach and the swimming pool was great to warm up after our 5 year old was swimming in the lake. Comfy apartment with everything we needed and comfortable beds to sleep in.

Long Weekend Get-a-way

Just returned from our stay. This is by far the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in while in TC. It’s big and roomy, the master bedroom was so comfy, the kitchen was fantastic (although we couldn’t get the lights on above the stove) and it has everything you need to feel at home. The beach was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were great. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. 😊

Fantastic Condo and Spectacular Location!

This is a great condo!

This condo was just perfect for our stay, it's roomy and clean, great view of the lake, great beaches, close to the bike trail (we used that a lot to bike downtown. Five Stars!

Exceeded expectations!

First time a rental property significantly exceeded my expectations. Pictures did not do the size of condo nor its patio justice. Great condo space, lovely pool and the beach just footsteps away! Not far from downtown Traverse city or wineries/breweries on the peninsulas. Highly recommend!!!

Our family loved staying here. Communication was excellent, it was on a busy road, but we never heard traffic noise while inside. The beach was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We had a great time at the condo! Very spacious and came equitably with everything we needed for a weeks stay. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub and overall location. Short drive into traverse city and some great restaurants within walking distance. Overall an awesome vacation.

Great spot

Condo was spacious enough for my family of 8, clean, and , close to downtown TC. Nice private beach and pool. There were plenty of chairs, so no need to go down at 5am and reserve them! Would definitely recommend this place!
