Well Appointed Apartment with Breathtaking Views

  • This is a rare jewel on Old Mission Peninsula. The rental is waiting for friends or family who enjoy sunsets on West Bay, quiet company of the wind through the trees and a short hop into Traverse City. While the view is wonderful, we do not have water access, although we do have beaches close by. It is a unique property that boasts of a fully furnished master suite with a walk in closet, second bedroom, and two full baths. It has a 3 season room to watch the waves come on the beach below, and a gas fireplace. It has a two car attached garage and a w/d in the laundry room. Great walking area up to Hawthorne Winery. In appreciation of your stay, we are not charging a cleaning fee.

Excellent and thoughtful decor, wonderful views! We appreciated the small touches like the Mrs Meyers soap and good towels, and an electric tea kettle. Great garage parking, too. Wine tasting just up the hill!

Lovely Summer Retreat

We SO enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. So peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views of the lake and of surrounding nature. The host was so helpful and responded promptly to any questions. Check in was smooth and easy. Would gladly stay here again and recommend this property highly to anyone wanting to stay in the Traverse City area!

Beautiful Fall Stay!

We had a great stay at Mimi's celebrating anniversaries with another couple. Close to all of the activities on Old Mission Peninsula and Traverse City. Beautiful view of West Bay. Mimi was a great host and made us feel very welcome. Would love to visit again!

This was a great place overall. Excellent location. I have only one suggestion; if one tree was removed, the one with 2 bases that looks like a V, then we could see the bay and across. It would fall in the realm of perfect if that trr was gone.

One of the best Vrbo experiences yet!

Mimi‘s place was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located to so many amazing Traverse City favorites. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Mimi was a very responsive kind and fabulous host!

Relaxing fall getaway

My husband and I stayed for three nights in early November. The property was clean and very well furnished, the host was sweet and responsive, and the location was perfect. We relaxed and enjoyed the view and took advantage of the quick trip to great wineries, downtown Traverse City, and beautiful hiking. It was our first time to the area but we are definitely planning to return and hope to stay at this wonderful property again!
