Capri 107 Downtown Traverse City

This condo was just completed in 2020! Walk to everything downtown Traverse City has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo. Easily walk to the Cherry Festival, fireworks or the Film Festival. The Old Town Playhouse is across the street. Take a short drive to the hiking or biking trails in Leelanau or Mission Peninsula or explore the Sleeping Bear National Shoreline and Sand dunes. Take some time to enjoy the wineries, breweries and cider houses that the area has to offer. We use an electronic lock that we will set to the last 4 digits of your phone number which allows for simple check in/check out.

The condo was perfect! Very clean, it had everything even extra pillows! So convenient and it is was right next to the parking garage it was so easy. The location was walkable to everything, shopping, dining and the water. We will be back, there are more golf courses to conquer!

Perfect stay in Traverse City

We only had a day in Traverse City and wanted to stay in town. This property was super convenient and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the water. Owner provided easy instructions on accessing the unit. It was clean, cozy and the perfect size for us.

Perfect Condo

Our stay at the Capri Condo was perfect! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. It was in a great location in Traverse City. We could walk to several bistros. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Super place to stay in Traverse City

The lovely 1 bedroom/1Bath condo was perfect for our needs. It was close to the downtown, well stocked and spotlessly clean. Host was good communicator. It was an attractive condo and pleasant place to stay. But be prepared to pay the extra $20/day for the parking garage next door as free parking by the unit was hard to come by. We would stay here again

This condo was perfect for our mini stay in Traverse City! The location was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the beach! The host was amazing and very responsive when I was having connectivity issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Location for TC Downtown Attractions

Clean, modern, comfortable, and convenient condo. First visit to TC and can’t imagine a better location to hang out and walk to Front Street and the lake. Short walk back to the condo was needed and appreciated after over-eating routinely at local restaurants. Really enjoyed Poppycocks and arrived on the first night of their fall menu. Just FYI…8th St is under repair so there’s a few detours in the area but it works out nicely since traffic noise is almost non-existent. Easy check-in. Highly recommend
