Featuring a full kitchen, a comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and breathtaking bay views, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, small families, or friends exploring Traverse City.

    Prime Spot! Stroll across the street for your morning latte at Cup of Joe, grab a local craft beer at Hopscotch Tap Room, or wander downtown to explore boutique shops and restaurants along Front Street. Want a change of pace? A short drive takes you to Elk Rapids for more dining, shopping, and small-town charm.

    Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

    ☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆
    End your day in the peaceful king bedroom, complete with luxurious linens, a flatscreen TV, a sound machine, and ample closet space. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the Pack & Play and high chair provided for convenience.

    While there’s one bedroom, the condo comfortably accommodates up to five guests, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin rollaway bed available.

    The spacious ensuite bathroom includes:

    - Washer & dryer
    - Toiletries and essentials for your stay

    The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker—plus all the basics you’ll need to cook and dine in. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the patio while watching the waves roll in.

    Relax and unwind in the stylish living space featuring:

    Step out to your private patio furnished with comfortable seating—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the bay. You’ll have direct beach access, just steps away for swimming, sunbathing, or leisurely walks along the shore.

    If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

    ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
    Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

    ☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
    This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

    ☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
    We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

    If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

    Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

    ***P.S. Many of our guests end up falling in love with Traverse City and exploring ownership here. If that’s ever something you’re curious about, our team at Coastal Stay is always happy to share local insights.***

    - Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

    - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

    - Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

    *Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

    Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

    Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

    Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

    Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

    Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

    Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

    Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.

    Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

    We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

    Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

We had an amazing stay over the weekend at this property! We loved that there were family friendly games available, as well as coffee ready for the morning. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family. Lots of extras, and an amazing view Will stay here in the future!

The host was welcoming and was extremely prompt in communicating. The place itself was comfortable and easy. They had provided an ample amount of amenities and lots of little extras in case we forgot anything. I highly highly recommend it.

Our stay was terrific! We came up from Detroit to explore the northern snowfall. The condo was clean, welcoming, and stocked with everything you’d might need. The listing mentioned road noise and provided a sound machine, but I didn’t think the noise was that bad. However, it could’ve been because it was winter. In the summer, it may be worse, but the sound machine would easily solve that problem! The host was so lovely and promptly answered all my questions. I’d immediately book this place again in the future!
