Peaceful cabin in our private woods, close to bike trail, winery, and lakes.

This French country-style cabin is set amongst our private woods in Leelanau County. It is a place to relax and enjoy the quietness of the woods. This will be your home away from home, for sure.

From the moment you enter the driveway from the main road, it will take you back into the woods to your cabin. This cabin is so quaint when you open the door. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It has a screened-in porch for relaxing, enjoying a meal, drinking, chilling, and reading a book in our swing chair. We also offer complimentary local wine from Leelanau to all our guests. Enjoy that glass of wine by sitting in our relaxing chairs on the patio by the fire table.

The cabin is conveniently located near many activities, restaurants, and beaches. The bike trail is approximately 1/2 mile from the cabin locations, with Traverse City and Suttons Bay nearby. The nearest local winery is a short 2-minute drive north, deeper into Leelanau Peninsula wine country.

Whether you desire comfortable, quiet solitude at the cabin or prefer exploring the unique area of Leelanau County and the surrounding counties, it is up to you.

We hope you will enjoy relaxing at our cabin, exploring, or doing whatever you have planned while in the area. For many years, we have had this dream of sharing the beauty of our property with others. We hope that it will become your favorite spot when visiting our area.

Managers were great to work with. Cabin was incredibly decorated and appointed. Managers think of everything you would need for your stay. Pictures don’t do the cabin justice. Would hands down recommend and return to.

Absolutely loved staying at this charming cottage. The owners have truly thought of every detail to make the space warm, inviting, and comfortable. The setting is peaceful and wooded, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying the quiet outdoors. Loves being able to hop on the provided bikes and connect right to the nearby TART Trail.The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is also ideal, close wineries and attractions, yet still feels tucked away and serene.The hosts were gracious and welcoming and clearly care about creating a memorable experience. This is easily one of the best places to stay in the area.

Location was peaceful and near many great wineries. Loved the cabin and enjoyed the fresh eggs! The cabin had all the amenities to the make breakfast and dinner during our stay and enjoyed the gas fire table during the evening. We will be returning to this property!!

If you're thinking about staying here you definitely should. The hosts are communicative and friendly with great suggestions for local businesses, the French Country cabin is cozy and cute (there's so many blankets!), everything is beautifully decorated, and you will not regret the time you stay here. The surrounding area is gorgeous too of course, and this rental is wonderful whether you are having a relaxing getaway or you are out looking for adventures. We'll be back!

Perfect Northern Michigan getaway

The french country cabin was just as charming and quaint as described in the listing. Terry & Beth were excellent hosts as the cabin was very clean and stocked with wine and goodies upon arrival, as well as eggs from their personal chicken coop. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Close to downtown Traverse City, but away from all the hustle and bustle at night. Just a quick drive to Glen Arbor and up the road from the amazing Farm Club. We will absolutely be visiting again soon.

Beautiful property and location

This is our third time staying at one of the three cabins on the properties. They are all beautiful decor and clean and a great location to Traverse City and all the hiking and wineries in the area. Terry and Beth are such great hosts.

Beautiful private cabin in great location! Extremely clean and well stocked with cookware, spices, and anything else you need in kitchen. Owners were prompt to respond and have paid attention to many little details to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and chairs. Welcome gifts were also much appreciated! They truly go above and beyond and we hope to return. Thank you Terry and Beth!
