"PARKER PLACE" Southern Leelanau county, 10 minutes from down town Traverse city

Newly Remodeled ranch home in a private setting. Clean comfortable and just 10 minutes from Traverse City. Wineries, boat launches, Sleeping Bear national lakes shore, South end TIKI bar and Timberlee Hills are all just minutes away. Parker Place is located on a private dirt road near the south end of Lake Leelanau and is surrounded by wooded wet lands. (This house is not waterfront and doesn't come with lake access. there is not public access to Lake Leelanau within walking distance.) It is a quiet natural setting and our guests have enjoyed watching the birds, rabbits Turtles and occasional raccoon. There is an outdoor table and umbrella in the grilling /fire pit area and we provide the campfire wood and gas for the grill. We keep the house fully stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and many extras. There are only two properties beyond this rental; one of them is mine and the other is a seasonal home so you can expect privacy and very little traffic. We had the most incredible stay at Parker Place! We’ve statues in many Vrbo rentals throughout the US and this is by far one of the BEST!!Dawn had thought of every last detail for your stay. Beautiful house and responsive host

Our stay was wonderful. The house was decorated beautifully, clean, had all the necessary supplies. The host responded immediately and ensured a perfect stay. We even had a nice card and welcome basket with some great food. 10 min away from town. I would definitely stay again.

This year our brother joined us! We had a fabulous time, the house was perfect and Dawne was the best. The quiet street, the beautiful flowers and perfectly manicured yard were a bonus. We wished we had stayed longer.Thank you for wonderful memories, we will be back.

Wow! This house and the firepit were even better than the pictures show. Dawn left out items for making s'mores with the firepit and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Everything was comfortable and cozy. Thank you very much for sharing your home!

Peace and Wonderful

We had the best time at Parker Place! Lots of space for our family with all the amenities you could want. It was a very welcoming house that was secluded and peaceful. They provided a basket of goodies for us to enjoy during our visit. My grandkids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend this house for a future stay for anyone.

Parker Place

This property was everything it said. So clean and comfortable. My family’s first vacation together and we sure enjoy it. The grandkids called it vacation home. Beautiful Holiday Weekend Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at Parker Place for Memorial Day Weekend and it was such a relaxing, spacious and clean space for our family of 7! The locale was private, the rooms had so much storage, and with amenities like a firepit, laundry and multiple bathrooms, we were able to get ready simultaneously and make memories as a family making s’mores and running around the beautiful property! Near lots of modern conveniences it was the perfect balance between being disconnected, and being able to run to the store to pick up something we forgot! We’d 100% return again!

The Perfect Place summarizes our stay. The house is situated in a quiet place and was very close to a wedding venue where we were attending a wedding. The house has EVERYTHING you need. We were able to cook breakfast each morning. Cocktails at night and naps in between. The feel of the house is like you are staying in your own place. ALL of the amenities were exceptional. Dawn’s check in process and communication were perfect. The added personal touch made it even better because you just don’t see that anymore. Although the weather did not cooperate we were able to use the fire pit outside with everything you need to get the fire going and keep it going. I can’t say enough about this stay other than it was worth every minute we were there.

Great Spot for Family & Friends!

We stumbled upon Parker Place when looking for a home near Timberlee Hills for a wedding weekend. It was literally the perfect spot! Only a five minute drive, then short distance to nearby wineries and downtown Traverse City! The home was perfect for the group we had (4 adults, 3 kids under 3), exceptionally clean, plenty of towels, linens, paper products, etc. We met Dawn on our first day and she was gardening and gave my niece the cutest pot of lavender for her to take home. Dawn went above and beyond to make us feel like family. We felt safe and the home is located about .6 miles from the main road at the dead end. Easy for Uber to find us for drop offs. You can tell there has been a lot of work put into the place to make it a home. We will absolutely be back!

Secluded Retreat

The property was better than the pictures! A beautiful secluded location with only nature around you. We had a fire one night and all the makings were provided. Dawn went above and beyond on the comfortable decor, quality bedding, and the original artwork. She made us feel welcomed immediately upon opening the door. Would definitely stay again!

The property was newly remodeled with 3 decent sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It came equipped with all of the essentials in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We even had access to the single car garage.

Parker place

House was extremely clean, and decorated beautifully 1/2 mile from the road and very peaceful. There was a birdhouse in the front yard attracting all sorts of birds to watch as well as a hummingbird. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason our rating was a 3 had to do with the accuracy of the listing. We thought there was a hot tub and spa tub. These were not there This was a mistake on VRBO part and not the owner. This was one of the reasons we chose the place so this was disappointing to us. The other mistake was stating that it was a 2 minute walk to the lake. The property said not lake front/ access, but we thought there was a path to take to get there. Again one of the reasons we selected the property. The owner did say we could go through their property, but we were right in their back yard. We didn’t want to intrude. Other than that everything was as stated

Dream vacation house

My family just had a wonderful stay at Parker Place. It is such a beautiful house that could comfortably accommodate 8 people. Short drive to downtown Traverse City, Sleepy Bear National Lakeshore and Fishtown etc. What’s more, Dawn is sooooo nice and considerate. I would highly recommend Parker Place to anyone traveling to northern Michigan. Thank you Dawn, we miss you and your beautiful house!!

Wonderful Girls trip!

Great location and price. Close to TC and easy to get to Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, and vineyards. Well stocked home with access to beach chairs, well stocked outdoor fire pit area with wood and kindling. Welcome basket. Very clean and comfortable for 5 middle aged women on a ladies weekend. Highly recommend.
