    ¡120 pies de frente de arena hermoso y firme en Spider Lake, perfecto para nadar y pasear en bote! A 15 minutos de las tiendas, restaurantes, playas y actividades del centro de Traverse City: esta casa es la escapada de vacaciones perfecta.

    Esta es la casa ideal para su familia: la casa tiene un plano de planta abierto con DOS salas de estar y vistas al lago desde todas las habitaciones. Hay una gran terraza con parrilla y mucho espacio para sentarse con una hermosa vista elevada del lago; y una acogedora cubierta inferior justo en la orilla del agua donde puedes observar la vida salvaje, nadar o tomar nuestros kayaks para un crucero.

    Nuestra casa tiene acabados de calidad e incluye todas las comodidades que necesita para que sus vacaciones se sientan como en casa; cafetera, utensilios de cocina, lavadora / secadora, WiFi, y con muchas toallas y ropa de cama. ¡Incluso proporcionamos champú, acondicionador y jabón de baño para mantener su maleta un poco más ligera!     * SOBRE EL LAGO DE ARAÑAS *
    Spider Lake es un lago 459 Acre All Sports con grandes secciones para esquí acuático y tubos, pequeñas calas para pescar y un par de islas y bancos de arena. La 'navegación rápida' solo se permite entre las 11:00 a.m. y las 7:30 p.m., por lo que la mañana y la tarde son tranquilas. Muchas de las calas son zonas prohibidas durante todo el día y excelentes para pescar en cualquier momento. Con muchas bahías y calas, ¡puedes encontrar un lugar nuevo para explorar todos los días!

Northern Echo was welcoming and had everything you needed to be comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, lake and sauna. The sauna was greatly appreciated after a long day of exploring and being active on the water. We are already thinking about our return :) Derek was an excellent host and communicator.

Our stay was amazing, the location and house itself were beautiful. Very accommodating and the host provided games and books for us to use for our stay. Definitely would recommend booking here!

Easy check in. Derek the host responded to all our questions. We enjoyed the cottage, the dock for fishing, kayaks and the bonus sauna. We plan on returning.

Very nice views. The house is nice also. Just needed 1 TV upstairs. Walked the road and neighbors were friendly. Saw deer! Sauna was a great extra. The morning lake view was beautiful

This is a very cute house. It's quiet, quaint, inviting, and fully stocked. The sauna is absolutely lovely. I recommend a sauna and jump in the lake!The lake is clean, calm, and excellent for paddling the kayaks around. They are tied up a hill to a tree and a bit hard to get down. But it's 100% worth it.

Great time!

The cleanest VRBO property I have ever stayed in!!! The picture of the bottle of wine, bag of coffee and bag of candy as a welcome gift is deceiving we did not receive it. On our way in we did not buy coffee or wine because we were expecting those upon our arrival.

Beautiful location and lake

Stayed with our 1-year old, my husband, and my in laws. View from the kitchen is gorgeous. Shallow beach at the lake was a perfect depth for my toddler to splash. We made great use of the kayaks, grill, washer/dryer, and well-stocked kitchen. Location is perfect to have both a relaxing, quiet view and access to all Traverse City has to offer. Upstairs bedroom was a good size to fit a pack n play and they had a baby gate that we were able to use (although it was a little tricky to set up-- you might be better served bringing your own). We did bring our own toddler life jacket, but they had child-sized and adult-sized life jackets available in the shed. We would 100% stay again. Two call-outs to make sure others enjoy their stay as much as we did: -Lots of stairs down to the water (obvious in photos). Would be very difficult for mobility-compromised individuals. -My in-laws ended up splitting across two beds in the basement as opposed to sharing lower bunk.

Romantic Getaway

Northern Echo Cottage was absolute perfection! The check-in process was easy, the home was beautiful and clean, and the views are amazing. We went in the middle of November and temperatures were between 30-40 degrees with a dusting of snow. The sauna was an awesome bonus! I forgot to pack a fan for when we sleep, but luckily the cabin had one! The drive isn't far from Traverse City either. We cannot wait to book a stay for the whole family in the summer!

Beautiful View - Huge Lake

We had a great time at this getaway! The home and property are exactly as the photos shown online. There is a gorgeous view from most of the windows in the home. The area is heavily wooded and very private, even though there are fairly close neighbors, which we loved. The deck was big, beautiful and comfortable and we loved the firepit table for ambience and a little heat on the chilly evenings. I had quick attention and communication from the owner with any questions before and during our stay, excellent hosts! We had two adult couples staying for this trip. The home has plenty of space to comfortably hang out and a full kitchen with all the basics we needed. The second bedroom bed(s) wasn't perfectly ideal, but it worked. That bedroom would be perfect for young kids, teens or single sleepers. The guys were hoping to do more fishing from the property, but there is no shoreline area to do so and the dock is a floating one, so it wasn't conducive to more than one fisherman at a time, but at the same time, there was a canoe they could use. It would be a perfect property for swimming and playing in the water. The view of the sunrise is second to none, absolutely stunning! We were able to rent a beautiful pontoon boat at Wind Jammer, just a few minutes drive right on the lake and we really enjoyed driving around the lake for hours! This property is very rural, but aside from a few options closer to the home, you can have any type of restaurant you choose, shopping, golf, Lake Michigan and the vibrant downtown area all within a 20-25 minute drive (country road driving for the most part). The location was perfect to enjoy the serene lake life, while having all the other options not too far away.

Simply Stunning

If I could've stayed there longer to look out the window as the sun rose over the lake, I would have. The views from the cabin were just lovely and the uniquely designed space had such a calming aura. The property manager was responsive and thoughtful. I visited during the end of winter and it was the perfect peaceful getaway.

Great location, great little cottage.

Went up to TC for a short relaxation trip with my dad. We both enjoyed the size, location, and amenities of the cottage. Definitely a place to consider as we'd be happy to return!

Weekend of February 5th to 7th

Beautiful home, beautiful location everything was ver clean and had everything we needed and more. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the sauna and view of the lake is beautiful. Tried booking again for the summer but was unavailable for my dates. I did find another place on Spider Lake and we will be heading there again in June. Home owners were very helpful and easy to contact. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful weekend. Would definitely come back

Great house

We came up here for a short get away. We got to the house at 3 for the check in to find the door locked and unable to be opened with the code. Normally, this wouldn’t be a big deal but we had a car sick toddler and the first day was the only decent weather day during our stay so we were eager to use the kayaks. I called Beth and Keegan who got a locksmith out to the property within 20 minutes and we were in the house a little after 4pm. Derick also messaged and offered to buy us dinner for the inconvenience, which was really thoughtful. The house is wonderful and has everything you could need. After the initial mishap with the door everything else was great, we will be back for sure! hopefully the weather will cooperate next time.
