We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again.

First visit to sleeping bear dunes
We had a wonderful first visit to Traverse City. The property managers at this location are PHENOMENAL. They were so quick to respond to questions and gave us great recommendations for our first visit - from restaurants to Sleeping Bear Dune visits. The beds were comfy. The towels were luxurious. There is a provided informational app (QR code hanging in the unit) with helpful information on the unit and the area. The roof top deck was a fun addition. The posted photos accurately represent the unit. I would recommend this property. We had a great visit!

Fall visit to a beautiful city
We came to see the fall leaves and lake Michigan. It was lovely. Had a wonderful stay at Archie and Vince's place. It was well equipped and clean. Careful with the garage. Its a bit tight. But my son was excellent about backing in, so no problems. Thank you for a great stay

Wine tasting getaway
We came to TC for a couple days to getaway from work and this condo was the perfect location for walking into town to local restaurants and shopping. Communication with owners was very easy and they were quick to respond and help. We would stay again!

Great condo!
What a fantastic weekend! The condo was the perfect place to come home to every evening after exploring all Traverse City has to offer. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed. The garage was a little snug but we were able to back in our mid size SUV without too much maneuvering. Will definitely stay here again!

Good to stay
Good to stay, but bar stool was broken. Need to replace it. Close to beach n downtown. Garage fit hardly 1 Van. Garage door opener not working.
Response is very good from home owner. Price for stay is different on each site.
Ovetall good for family fun.

Perfect location
We loved the location. It was a block or two away from the park/beach and the TART bike trail, and was a very walkable few blocks from downtown. The interior was clean and had sufficient linens, towels, and kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The garage was great for storing and charging our e-bikes, but was small and challenging to use for parking our mid size SUV. It was easier for us to park the car in the parking lot.

Property Managers very attentive to needs
We had a very enjoyable stay in Traverse City and found the location of this unit to be perfect. Note that the condo is essentially situated in a parking lot so with exception of the rooftop, there really is no view. We had some fairly significant issues with cleanliness and supplies (eg paper towels and toilet paper), but Archie and Vince were very responsive to rectifying the situation. We would book again, but would make certain that there is attentiveness to in an expectation of cleanliness. Again, I do think that Archie and Vince are on top of the situation to ensure that doesn’t happen again.

Great Place
This place was perfect for us. Great location, clean and plenty of room. Garage was tight, but we have an SUV, so we expected that. Other thing, you can’t lock the door from the garage. Rooftop was great and the house was clean. Will be visiting again.

Quick and Easy Beach and Downtown Access
My wife and I wanted to take my Mom to Traverse City for her Birthday. When she was younger, her grandparents owned a cabin on Fife Lake and she'd visit them and TC frequently. Recently, my mom was diagnosed with Early Alzheimer's Disease, so we wanted to take her to TC and Fife Lake for a little nostalgia trip while she could still remember things. Our entire trip was a pleasure; especially since we did not have to worry about where we were staying.
The experience we had at this location was top notch. It a was within walking distance to West Grand Traverse Bay Beach and to Front St - even quicker if we wanted to drive to the East Bay or the East side of Front St. The condo was comfortable and clean, as well as the linens. And if we did have any issues, the hosts were quick to respond.
The next time we come to Traverse City, I will be looking to see if this Condo is available again.

New, clean and great location
This condo is very clean! It has everything you need for your stay. There are plenty of linens and towels for 5 people.
The roof top was very cool to sit up. My kids thought this was the best.
It is nice to have the garage for the car too.
It is close enough to walk to restaurants including going to Front Street and the beach/sand volleyball.
The only caution would be for those on crutches. There are a lot of stairs. It does show this in the pics.

Hidden gem
We were a little skeptical because this was priced a good bit lower than other properties but WOW, we were so impressed!! Very clean, great location. Walking distance to the beach, cherry festival, bars and restaurants and shopping. Parking was tricky but available which is all that mattered. Rooftop is not as private as we thought, it is connected to several others via half walls but still nice to have a spot outside to hang out. Great views of the city and bay. Condo was well-stocked except for towels but luckily laundry is available so we just washed the few that were there. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay
The condo is new, stylish, and was very clean. The location can't be beat, walking distance to downtown and the beaches. Beds were comfortable and the rooftop patio is really nice with comfortable seating. Our stay was during the week, so it was fairly quiet around the area. There is still construction happening on condos next door. The garage was not able to accommodate our full-size truck but parking one street over was no problem.
