Lovely, well-appointed condo. It's close to restaurants and shopping and convenient to everything TC has to offer. We were lucky with weather and had the opportunity to spend some time on the very large deck surrounded by woods. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful penthouse suite - very spacious common area, modern decor, large kitchen and quiet location (west side of city away from construction). Master bedroom and bath were great. Minor issue with guest room - bed fills large portion of room making a tighter fit - which was fine for the kids. Restaurant at the ground floor (Stella's) was excellent.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We had a lovely stay and were very grateful for such a gorgeous living area. The whole place was immaculately clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. The balconey was our favorite part. The surrounding area has many different places to explore. We did everything from walking the nature trail to shopping, to eating, and wine tasting. The owners left locale attraction maps and information that we found very helpful. There is also a book explaining the history of the Coomons, which was very interesting! We cannot recommend this place enough!

Stayed in the penthouse last week with my fam (son 19 and daughter 16). Penthouse was very roomy and located in the Villages, which is a great location. Great kitchen. Great washer/dryer. Great AC. Place was too comfy — we spent a lot of time there instead of exploring! Management did a great job communicating. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the second time, visiting our daughter at Interlochen for a long weekend. Beautiful apartment with large kitchen and living room space. Bedrooms are nice with plenty of storage. Everything was clean, cozy and just perfect! Communication with the hosts was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This is a gorgeous condo and we had a perfect stay. Its even more breathtaking in person. It’s spacious, comfortable, and clean with high end appliances and the perfect location. The view is beautiful. Incredible restaurants are within walking distance and the shops and the grounds at The Commons were fun to explore. The condo was perfect for relaxing, but hiking outside was beautiful. Restaurants, wineries and breweries were nearby. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return soon.

The condo was exactly as advertised only better! Very high end kitchen appliances and furniture. Great location. Only downside is the parking situation, but this is not a knock on this condo. The commons has become a very popular spot and the parking lots around the building are limited so it can be somewhat of a challenge to get a spot. Don’t let the parking deter you from booking this wonderful condo.

Absolutely fantastic condo!!! Hi-end appointments. Clean as a whistle. Great location, with convenient access to everything Traverse City has to offer. The condo is part of the repurposed historic 450 acre development. Beautifully treed, hilly, historically interesting. Add… on-site shops and restaurants add to the charm of The Commons. On the occasion or two I sought the owner’s assistance, they were prompt, friendly, and helpful. This is our new autumn getaway!!!

How cool that we were able to not only your the old psychiatric hospital but we got to stay in this incredible 1400 sq ft penthouse suite! Impeccably appointed and super cozy. It has a breathtaking view from the private balcony. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was great - beautifully decorated and equipped - with an amazing balcony. The grounds were beautiful with numerous trails. Our communications with the manager were excellent, and he resolved one small issue very quickly. Good shopping in the building and a great restaurant (Stella) right down the elevator.
