  • This luxury condo is located in the heart of downtown Traverse City. The condo complex is attached to a covered parking garage. Location is everything, just steps to Front Street where you will find restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! Multiple beaches and Tart Trail are only ½ mile from this vacation retreat. If wine tasting is on your agenda, look no further as we are centrally located to both the Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula.

    As you walk into this beautiful condo, you will enjoy the tastefully decorated open floor plan and natural light through the slider door overlooking Eighth St. There is plenty of space for everyone with 2 bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry! Each bedroom features a queen bed complimented by multiple USB charging ports and spacious closets. All linens and toiletries are supplied to make for light and easy packing! There is also a desk off the kitchen for those working remotely. This prime location is only a short walk to restaurants and shops. If you prefer, stay in and cook in our fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. And don’t miss out on cozying up to the fireplace after a chilly fall day of shopping or after a fun day of snowshoeing. Come enjoy the Traverse Wine Coast, offering over 40 wineries along M-22 & Old Mission Peninsula with an expansion of breweries & distilleries. This fully equipped condo surely has all the convenience you’ll need for your Traverse City stay.

    *Parking passes can be obtained through the Traverse City Parking Services. We will provide all instructions upon booking. The cost is $35/vehicle during your stay. We will reimburse the $35 cost for 1 vehicle during your stay.*

    **Please note that this condo is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator to floor 3, then a full flight of stairs with a double railing to the 4th floor.**

We have stayed here before and it does not disappoint. We love the location being just blocks from downtown. The host is very welcoming and checked in with us to make sure we had everything. The condo is very clean and well supplied with the essentials. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

If you want to stay in downtown Traverse City this is a great location. It is a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The condo is clean and well stocked. I would not question booking this again.

This condo is excellent in every sense! Great location, easily walkable to Front Street and all the restaurants, bars and shops. The condo itself is extremely clean, spacious, and has all the modern touches to make your stay very comfortable. On-site parking garage with easy in/out access and a vehicle charging station. Great place to stay

The condo made a great home base for exploring TC and the surrounding area. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the location was so convenient—just a short walk downtown. The covered parking had a walkway to the second story of the condo building. The hosts were accommodating and available. We would stay there again on our next trip to TC!

Great Experience

Our stay at the condo was wonderful. Check in was easy, and convienent. Our hosts made sure we were aware of all rules and regulation well ahead of our stay and made sure everything was to our liking and standards. The place was very clean, beds were great, and parking was also very convienent. It is in a great location and the overall feel of the condo very much made you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again for such a great price!
