Esta es una encantadora casa de campo ubicada en el hermoso lago Long. Bella Soleil domina las brillantes aguas cristalinas de esta ubicaci��n perfecta. Casa cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 2 baños. En una tranquila calle lateral, mira al noroeste, ¡disfruta de las puestas de sol! Casa de 2 niveles con salida al sótano. Duerme 9.

Las habitaciones del nivel principal tienen 1 reina y 2 gemelos. Las habitaciones de abajo tienen 2 literas (4 gemelas) y 1 reina más 1 gemela. Bien equipada casa tiene TV por cable, DVD, WIFI, reproductor de CD. Cocina completa con lavavajillas.

La casa se sienta sobre el lago, por lo que hay 29 escalones hacia el agua. El fondo del lago es arenoso y perfecto para nadar y navegar. Al aire libre cuenta con muelle con bote de remos, pozo de fuego, parrilla de carb��n. Agradable zona tranquila hace de esta una gran escapada. El ��rea natural de South Long Lake Forest está justo al otro lado de la calle para realizar caminatas escénicas. A solo 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Traverse. 30 minutos para el Sleeping Bear Dunes. Muy fácil en automóvil al Centro Interlochen para las Artes y Frog Pond Village también.

Cute cottage! Shady yard with nice views of lake from sunroom. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were clean upon arrival. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware, though all the stainless steel pans were dirty with caked on grease and burn marks and needed a good scrubbing with steel wool before use. There wasn’t a queen bed as advertised, rather two doubles and 7 twins. The double upstairs sunk in toward the middle and was on a very rickety frame. It was very uncomfortable as was the double downstairs. Dock was in great condition, but it’s tricky docking a pontoon on the inside of L shape. It would’ve been easier if the row boat hoist was located on that side. The lake was clean with a sandy bottom, great for swimming in front of cottage. We had an issue with the dryer not working properly which was not able to be fixed during our stay. We were directed to a laundromat which we ended up not using as we only needed the laundry for swimsuits and towels. Communication with property management was friendly, thorough and timely. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to find and close to plenty of shopping, dining and other activities. We’d consider staying here again if a higher quality king or queen bed/mattress replaced one of the doubles.

The cabin was very spacious. Could use some updating-new paint, new bed frames(ones that don’t squeak when you move), new lockbox on the door. The four seasons porch was AMAZING! It had a great breeze and a great way to spend time unwinding. It was very kind that the company reached out to see how our stay was on our first full day. We had a light go out toward the end of business day that first day, called and they sent someone the next day. The technician didn’t have the right lightbulb and needed to get the right one, never came back to replace the bulb during our stay.

Lake access was amazing!

My friends and I stayed here while playing in a soccer tournament. The location was great -- super easy to get to downtown Traverse City while being close to the Keystone Soccer complex. The lake access is great. The stairs to get down to the lake are a bit steep, but once down the views are beautiful and the lake water was the perfect temperature. There are also some chairs by the dock to sit on if you don't want to go in!The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house had most basic necessities provided both by the host and nonperishables that were left behind by other visitors. The AC worked great and there were fans in most of the rooms in case you needed them.Overall we loved our stay! We'd absolutely stay here again.

Husband and I took oldest grandson on a fishing getaway. House was great, very clean! Upstairs mattress was a little too springy but otherwise great. Lake is absolutely stunning and loved the rowboat!

Long Lake Get Away

Great property on Long Lake. Excellent space on waters edge for lounging and going for a swim. Very nice dock for evening sunset views. Cottage was very accommodating for the entire family and grandkids.

Long Lake Cottage

We had a great visit to Long Lake. The cottage had great lake frontage with a dock and we loved the sunroom off the back of the house. The space worked well for 3 adults and 5 kids. The house is definitely dated and does have a bit of a musty smell especially downstairs, but it worked well for us and gave us the good location and beautiful sunsets.

Nice stay, but…

No internet. Book says “no internet” is not an emergency and to call to leave a voicemail. I called and left a voicemail. Never heard from anyone and the internet was never fixed. Steps down to the lake were very steep and hadn’t been swept in weeks making them very dangerous. There was a broken window in the sunroom/dining area. Overall we still had a great time. Pretty obvious that not much detail is paid to cleaning. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t good. Not a fan of zero contact when I notify there’s a problem though. Not hard to check and follow up on requested voicemail.

Musty smell upon entering, burned out light bulbs, clocks not set, no hairdryer downstairs, coffee maker backs up, dcon motels in basement not a good sign, not cozy, felt institutional, dated furnishings, floor and low ceilings, shower door doesn't close.

Weekend soccer tournament

We stayed in Traverse City for a soccer tournament. This house was great for what we needed. Plenty of rooms/beds, comfortable, great view! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook just be aware there is nothing extra such as salt/pepper, only one paper towel roll, one roll of toilet paper, one garbage bag. So you will need to bring extras for your stay. But that wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall we would stay here again

I believe you need to fire your cleaning company. The kitchen floor was not clean, the refrigerator was filthy and the cobwebs on the entrance door looks like they haven't been cleaned off in a while. Some bath towels left for us had strings hanging down on them. MOST important the showers required slip free stickers applied to the floor. We were slipping all over the shower. Very dangerous.

Lovely Long Lake

This was our first time renting through VRBO and a property manager. We were nervous about the check in process, but it the end it was no big deal. This rental was very clean, in a great location right on Long Lake, and close to TC. There are several steps down to the water, there isn’t a beach, but there is a dock. In the listing picture it shows a row boat that was no where to be seen. The reason for 4 stars was because the bed in the main bedroom was VERY uncomfortable. It really needs a new one. We would stay here again.

Everything went well the broken window that was there made for a bit chilly room there was another broken window out on the porch which we did not notice till Saturday because of the chill weather and time commitments couple lights out here and there overall we thought it was great

Property

The location was great. We were right on the lake and had beautiful view of the lake. It was nice and quiet. The house itself is in need of updates. The bathrooms looked updated. The water pressure was terrible. The carpet that was down looked worn and were remnants. There was plenty of sleeping space. The mattresses could of been a little better quality. We rented a boat, however the dock wasn’t equipped for the boat to tie up. It would of been nice if there were options for water activity such as kayaks. There was a row boat but it looked very old. Overall, we had a great stay.

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation at this rental! The lake is beautiful and the house is in a great location. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property. Furniture, floors and windows were pretty dirty. We also found dishes on top of the fridge as well as cans under the couch from the previous renters so I am not sure how well it was cleaned for our stay... But overall we had a great time together!
