This was a beautiful place and in the perfect central location, we were never more than 2 miles from places we wanted to go! The kitchen is nicely stocked, as are the bathrooms (the towels are so soft!). There is a ton of closet space in both bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of plugs everywhere so no worry about charging things at night. Vito had great local recommendations when asked and a lot of information in the binder and other pamphlets in the house.

Great place to stay! Kitchen was well supplied for us to do some cooking, clean and great location. Vito was great. If we make it back to the TC area we definitely would stay there again

Great rental!

We all enjoyed everything about this rental. We took great advice from the host and had a great time seeing the sites in the area and staying at this well kept, clean and well equipped townhouse.

Very nice property in a great location

Had a very nice stay with my wife at this property. The accommodations were great - a very clean and updated property. The location worked very well, in town and close to plenty of restaurants and walking areas, while still being quiet to allow for relaxation. I would recommend this property to anyone considering it.

This nice listing was a wonderful check in/out process, great location, friendly and helpful property manager, cute home anesthetic, and overall a nice VRBO experience. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Traverse City!!

I met a friend of mine in Traverse City to spend a few days exploring and just happened to see this Vrbo available.First impression… Convenient off street parking at your doorstep. Clean and nicely decorated. Full ,up to date kitchen with all of the necessities. Binder on the kitchen table with helpful information regarding the Vrbo as well as the local area. Additional helpful local information available in the living room along with some games. Convenient half bath on the main floor. 2 nice size bedrooms with great closets and full bath on the second level. Quiet, safe neighborhood approx. 1 mile walk to the heart of downtown. Easy to bike from this location and pickup multiple trails. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

If I could give 6 stars I would! We stay in VRBO’s for most of our vacations and I would say this one was probably the cleanest we have ever been in! The location and communication with the owner was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend in Traverse City

Overall this property was a fantastic place to stay. Very well maintained. Close to all activities. Vito was very nice and very helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again on our next TC adventure!!

Great place!

This place was exactly as described, it was very clean and well maintained. There is a grocery store, bakery, brewery and distillery within easy walking distance. It is a nice quiet area, I would not stay here if you are late night, loud music people. The host was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
