Downtown TC at its finest ... Walk or bike down to all the restaurants, bars or the beach!! Relax on the front porch with a beverage or under the pergola out back - lay in the hammock or chill next to the fire pit :) Great vibe, great location and great neighborhood. Like a lot of 120 year old homes, this one is unique and cozy but has a lot of modern amenities.

This is the standard old-timey - middle American - Downtown Traverse City neighborhood. Lots of old homes with beautiful mature trees. We also hope you'll enjoy the area while also respecting our neighbors' peaceful existence. We all have to work in the morning :)

Front Street is about 9 blocks away. A beautiful 15 min walk or 5 minute bike ride. Also just a few blocks to restaurants and drinking establishments like TC Whiskey Co., Oryana, The Boardman Loop, The Parlor, Rare Bird, Right Brain, and Firefly.
