Enjoy everything Traverse City has to offer in this brand new one-bedroom, one bath condo within walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Features include Michigan made king size bed, walk-in shower, WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, pull out queen sofa bed from Room and Board, bed and bath linens, use of washer/dryer, full kitchen, and parking pass to garage one block away.

Unit is located up stairs to the second floor.

Fantastic long weekend in TC!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful location. The property was immaculate and well-supplied with thoughtful essentials for our stay. There are a wide selection of activities and restaurants in close proximity to the property. We look forward to future trips to the area.

We had a lovely short stay for my husband’s 40th birthday! Listing was accurate, clean, great communication with the host and so nice to have payed for parking in TC for the time there. Great stay!

Pretty and perfect

This is a lovely and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. We were here for a long weekend and had everything we could possibly need in terms of space (perfect for two), amenities, and plush furnishings. We slept so well and the building is quiet. Jody is a very kind host and offered many helpful suggestions and tips for things to do and see. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Location!

Great stay!

Jody went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and special. The place felt and looked very clean, clean enough for our 11month old to crawl around without us having to wash his hands every time! Personal touches of fresh flowers, hand written notes, etc were very much appreciated! We would recommend to anyone in the future!
