One of a kind property on 10 acres with frontage on Cedar Creek and beach frontage on warm Cedar lake! All just a mile from downtown Traverse City at the gateway to Leelanau County! Relax and spread out in this 5 bedroom 3 bath completely remodeled home! The main level boasts an open concept living space and large open kitchen perfect for entertaining.

Relax at the outdoor heated salt water pool, enjoy one of the many yard games, or take a tour of the lake by paddle board or kayak (all included with your stay)

Spacious outdoor patio with table for 12 and expansive yard with large fire pit, wood, starter kits and Smore sticks included!

Over-sized quartz island with seating for 6, along with dining table for 10 and table service for 16 makes this home perfect for groups. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 large full bath with tub and shower and double vanity. Upstairs the master onsuite boasts a 5 piece bath with walk in rain shower and separate soaking tub. 2 additional spacious upstairs bedrooms and another full bath with tub/shower complete the home.

Run around in the expansive field next to the house, with soccer nets, volleyball net, and assorted sports gear available.

Perfect Getaway

We used this property for a girl’s trip and cannot recommend it enough. Our owners were lovely, responsive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The house and property are stunning, it’s the perfect location for proximity to downtown while still feeling like a getaway. I would stay here a million times over again!

The best VRBO ever

My favorite stay in 15 years of renting for vacations. Christine was easy to communicate with, the house was clean and perfectly stocked, and there was SO much to do on site we were never bored. Fully plan on going back!!

Traverse Gem

This property is beautiful and very clean. Our host Christine was so sweet and was quick to answer any questions we had. The golf carts on property were so convenient as well. Big or small this property has it all; from canoes, fire pit, heated pool to robes and slippers. We were in town to celebrate our son's graduation from the maritime academy and she left a sweet gesture for our family. If you're on the fence booking, don't be. You will love it.

Perfect Getaway for Friends and Family—A True Gem!

Absolutely stellar experience at this VRBO property—our second time back and it was just as perfect as the first! Our group of 9 college friends and 4 kids couldn’t have asked for a more ideal getaway. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is a gem. The house itself was flawless—immaculately clean and incredibly well-maintained. It had everything we could possibly need and more, making our stay so comfortable and easy. The grounds were nothing short of spectacular. The pool was pristine and perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. We spent hours at the beach, which was just steps away, enjoying the sun and sand. The water sports equipment provided added an extra layer of fun to our days. We especially loved the bonfires at night, where we gathered under the stars and made unforgettable memories. The attention to detail and the quality of the amenities truly exceeded our expectations. This VRBO was not just a place to stay—it was a key part of our incredible vacation. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a top-notch experience with friends and family!

Fantastic!!

This was one of the best vacations that we have ever had! Christine and Patrick could not have been more accommodating. If you are wondering if they have something that you might need, they have it! They have thought of everything! We brought our family from Virginia, Charlotte, Chicago and Michigan. The ages ranged from 4 to 76. Everyone had a fantastic time!!! We want to come back every year! If you are on the fence about this property I promise you will not be disappointed.

Interlochen Graduation

We were in town for my daughter's graduation from Interlochen. After graduation, my daughter and a few of her friends from school had a sleep over their last night in TVC. The house was great. It has a lot of separate outdoor spaces - the lakefront, firepit, outside dining area, pool that the kids loved. Everyone had a place to sleep - the house has lots of beds. Christine was a great host - very attentive and helpful. The locations is great - just a few minutes drive from downtone Traverse City.

Weekend in Traverse City

Our group had an amazing stay in this beautiful home with an even better property. It was more impressive than the pictures listed! Close to downtown Traverse City, but very private, this home had everything we could have asked for. Christine was beyond helpful, even going out of her way to give us directions to avoid construction traffic. We would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect family togetherness!

Beautiful property! Very clean, well equipped. Our extended family shared Thanksgiving weekend here complete with walks to the lake, games, cooking, football on tv and lots of togetherness. Wonderful open floor plan so everyone could be together. Christine was a great host making sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect House For A Group Stay

A group of 9 friends stayed here for a long weekend. This house was perfect! Amazing open floor space between the kitchen and living area. The house has tons of amenities inside and out. Close to downtown and wineries. Communication with Christine the property manager was very easy. We would highly recommend this property!

Out actual stay exceeded our already high expectations!

Our entire stay (three generations of our family!) was fabulous. Christine was very accommodating and answered every question we asked promptly. Family and friends holidays

A very good time with family and friends, the house is very close to the center of Traverse City, close to the market, restaurants, etc. The highlight is the cleaning, organization and service of those responsible. The private beach stands out for its privacy and the beauty of the lake with its lush vegetation. We will definitely come back again.

Cozy Home with lots to offer!

A group of us (4 couples) stayed for a long weekend and we loved the house. We were together, however, all had our own individual space. This house has lots to offer including the bonfire pits, beach, golf carts and it’s also in an amazing central location. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect lake house close to everything

We loved our stay at this totally remodeled home with an ideal location. The house has been meticulously maintained by the owner who also provided us with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. From a fully-stocked kitchen to cleaning supplies to bathroom toiletries to outdoor toys to wood for the fire pit… we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Christine was extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Our kids had a blast with so much to do. The private beach area was extremely nice and well-maintained and we opted to rent their brand new pontoon boat for our stay, which was extremely well-worth it. It was nice to be in such close proximity to downtown Traverse City, the TART trail system, Suttons Bay, etc. Sleeping Bear Dunes only a 30 min drive for some sightseeing. It was nice having the capability of cooking meals with ease and plenty of room in the house for our family. Highly recommend!!
