"The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay."

"This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one. The tiny house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood but within minutes of restaurants and downtown. The house itself is clean. The layout is well thought out. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom is small but has a great shower with plenty of hot water.
