"This was a spur of the moment reservation due to other options being unavailable. And I am so glad I went with it. Ms Claudia is so cute and sweet. And accommodating. Per request she allowed me to set up decorations. And breakfast. Which she made, was right on time and delicious. The room was the perfect size for a couple to use for their stay. "We enjoyed two nights in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Being located in Old Towne, we were able to walk to shops and some very good restaurants."

"The front desk was good. Parking was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and stocked. Only problems….. all tv services were out. No tv in any rooms It was pouring and the window in our room leaked so bad we had to put a towel on the floor to stop the sound and to minimize the damage."

"The hotel was great. Clean, staff were very nice. Expedia however stated they had a pool and the hotel told them seven years ago to fix the ad. The view from our window was beautiful. "

"To all avoid this Hotel at all cost. Pay $10 cash for a towel deposit. Room was unclean broken everything when you turn around. Stains everywhere, you look up and the bathroom fan is falling out. Kids in the hallway blocking you to go down the stairs. Front desk clerk dressed in dirty clothes and didn't know how to check in customers. Boxes off snacks from Costco all around her. Disrespectful all around. For your safety stay away. "

"Everybody was real nice to us and my little service dog pixie . They let us stay like an hour and a half longer after check out without charging us and made me feel real comfortable about asking them . Whenever I come to the live casino I will always stay there . This is like are 3rd stay there. Thank you all again. We checked out today and were supposed to go home but I can’t get my friend out of the casino and it’s past my dogs test time so I’m trying to book a room again tonight ."

"The staff member that checked me in was outside on the phone when I arrived and as soon as I was checked in. I did not feel much warmth or as welcomed by them. The staff that checked me out was really warm and accommodating! The room was amazing. It was an overnight unplanned trip so I did not have time to use any amenities."

"The room was outdated paint peeling in room I ordered the so-called suite with the Jacuzzi and was greeted with the pubic hair or some type of body hair in the tub furniture also peeling and old and worn and then when we got to the night time, it was some type of meet up because people were outside in the parking lot, playing music, smoking, black and milds and drinking beers, I only went because the Holiday Inn that I would normally stay in was full and didn’t have sweets anyway with the...

"It seems as though the property was going through a renovation so there was a little mess. However, the staff was very accommodating. My room did have a funny smell, and I bought air freshener at the grocery next door to help with that. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have groceries n restaurants right within reach."
