Winnili Terrace Apartment

A charming apartment equipped with all the essential amenities to accommodate up to 4 people, including a spacious, furnished terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The location is excellent: right in the city center (ZTL), a short distance from all points of interest, such as the Marina (250 meters away), the Villa Comunale, and the Cathedral (600 meters away). For larger groups, you can book the other apartment in the Winnili Central Apartment complex, for a total of 8 beds.



The approximately 65-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator; please note that you’ll need to climb the stairs to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, and a microwave;

- Living area with a dining table, a double sofa bed (with two single bed frames that fit together and two single mattresses), wardrobe, split A/C, and TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, open wardrobe, dresser, split A/C, and smart TV

- Bathroom with ACCESS FROM THE BEDROOM, equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



The apartment features a terrace equipped with a table and chairs, two lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. It is accessed via a flight of stairs outside the unit, leading from the building’s communal staircase.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heat pump heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The accommodations are located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); please be careful if traveling by car.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is magnificent, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the superb Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the distinctive local stone and towering over the seascape. A visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230, is also a must; together with the Cathedral, it is one of the town’s highlights and is visible from the sea.

The accommodations are centrally located, making it easy to reach all points of interest and the sea on foot in less than ten minutes. Essential amenities are within easy reach: within 350 meters, you’ll find cafes, a convenience store, and a pharmacy.
