A cozy 110-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the basement level of a villa WITHOUT an elevator (access is via stairs).

The property is located in the southern part of Trani, nestled in a rural landscape; the area offers a perfect balance between rural tranquility and access to urban amenities.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, a parking space, and a shared garden and pool.



The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, oven, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, single bed (folding bed), sofa, TV, split A/C.

- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, armchair, closet, nightstands, TV, split A/C.

- BATHROOM with bathtub, 3 sinks (2 in the ante-bathroom), bidet, and toilet.

- Private courtyard in front of the apartment entrance.

- Uncovered parking space.

- Shared garden.

- Shared swimming pool (8x15 m) with lounge chairs available for guests.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split units (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer, uncovered parking space suitable for both compact cars and SUVs, shared garden and pool.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The SWIMMING POOL is NOT for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests; it is SHARED with the villa’s other guests and any outside visitors.

- The POOL is available from June through September (depending on weather conditions, it may open as early as May and close as late as October); it will not be accessible during the following hours: 7.00-10.00.

- NO LIFEGUARD.

- There are STAIRS leading to the apartment, which is located in the basement of the villa.

- A CAR IS REQUIRED to reach the property and to get around the area; the property has an UNCOVERED PARKING SPACE.

- THE FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL.

- Please note that there is a DOG in a fenced-in area at the entrance to the property.



7 days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Please note that check-ins outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
