"We came in late but had a very warm and nice welcom and good and helpful contact with the owner. The house was complete with everything you need, and for the first evening and morning there also was some food present. We had a stay of only 3 nights, but would have liked to stay longer. Hope to come back in future."

"Everyone should put it on there bucket list. The owner was outstanding, very informative and helpful in all aspects of the trip. I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads. The motorhome was great and drove very nicely, and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The only weak link will be the drive for him or herself. "I had an exceptional stay at the apartment in Stornoway. The place was impeccably clean, very peaceful, and of very high quality. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout of the apartment was excellent. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. Additionally, the hosts, Rodi and Catherine, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again when I return to Lewis."

"Rod and Gloria were wonderful host. Our ferry arrived after dinner hours, so they prepared a platter of sandwiches so we'd have something for dinner. Rod greeted us upon arrival and provided an overview of the area and recommended various sites to see. We stayed at several B&Bs during our Scotland trip and this one was our favorite. "

"The property is well situated for an easy walk in Stornoway with 2 supermarkets easily walked to. On street parking outside of the property was always available. A good location for exploring Lewis and Harris. It’s very clean and well equipped. Roddy was easily contacted. Would recommend. "
