Our home is designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease, just like home. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you'll find when you arrive. We’re always here and happy to help with anything you need during your stay!

Families are welcome, friends are welcome, and contractors are also welcome! This is home away from home!

The Space:
LOCATION: We are just 20 minutes from Manchester City Centre and a 10-minute journey away from Manchester United’s world-famous stadium, Old Trafford. We are also a short distance from the Trafford Centre, a great place to shop, dine and entertain the kids. Check out the Beach and Fun Fair in summer and the Winter Wonderland in colder months.

TRANSPORT & FREE PARKING: Driving? We have a secure, free parking space in the courtyard at the front of our home. Not driving? We are very close to lots of local transport links, including the Metrolink, with the closest stop being Eccles.

THE BEST BIT: We are located within an easy commute to the city centre of Manchester and many other nearby attractions, including Salford Quays, the Trafford Centre and Old Trafford. We are located in a very peaceful suburban area, so you'll find you're able to get a great night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle.

BEDROOMS: We have two double bedrooms, wake up feeling refreshed in our beautifully stylish master bedroom and equally stylish second bedroom, which sleeps three. We also supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience. Our beds are super comfortable, and you will get a great night’s sleep in our peaceful surroundings.

BATHROOM: Our home has one large family bathroom, perfect for the whole family, and we supply shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and towels for your convenience.

LIVING ROOMS: You’ll find our super cosy and stylish living room the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day. Kick back and enjoy a movie with the whole family.

KITCHEN: We have a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living space area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Perfect for those who love to whip up a dish and entertain or for those in a hurry, it comes with everything you’ll need. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided.

DINING AREA: With our open plan kitchen and living area, it’s great for cooking, dining and relaxing all in the same place. Perfect for a group of friends or a family.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS: We have a washer and clothes dryer, which is convenient for those on a longer trip. For families with smaller children, please request a travel cot and high chair if needed when booking (please bring your sheets for hygiene purposes)

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience, we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot can be provided upon request.

WIFI: We have reliable WiFi, so perfect when working from home or streaming Netflix.


GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in any time after 3 PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 1:00 PM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check-in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3 PM, and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.

TRAVEL COT:
We provide travel cots, but please come along with your linen.
