"We check in for four nights. Room 17 was very smelly so we insisted on another. We got room 11 for one night but, as they were full, we needed to move out on day two. We found out the person in room 5 was checking out early so we asked for that room. It turned out the reason that person was leaving early was because there was no hot water in the room. "It was an average hotel with a great view of the ocean. Nothing to rave about but also nothing to really complain about. Would stay here again if it was for only 1 night. The only drawback was that it was right on hwy 101, and it was very busy in the morning."

"My wife and found the Inn at Otter Crest to be an ideal place to unwind, take in a most incredible setting and all at a very reasonable rate. Our unit came with a full kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. Walking from guest parking to our unit 417 was a hike up a very steep drive which might not suit everyone, But the Inn provides easy transit to your door by golf cart if you want it. "This hotel was great! The breakfast was yummy, the pool was great and the room was large. We had a newly renovated room, the bed was nice. The only, small, complaint I have is the shampoo/conditioner- they had tiny bottles and it is terrible quality, otherwise it was an excellent stay!"

"Ocean view was fantastic and bedroom was large. Beach access was great but lots of steps so for us it was fine but anyone with mobility issues would struggle. The living room was pretty small and the chairs were in the way when the Murphy bed was in use. Had to block the kitchen partially while using it. The pool closed at 7pm so we didn’t get to use it."

"The beach view is incredible. It is great to have easy access to the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I ate breakfast at the restaurant. Food was great. Of course, people can't pass up dessert. I purchased a Mazapan cake and a Key Lime cheesecake to go with my tea in my room. Both cakes were delicious and delightful. I would stay at the Inn at Spanish Head again."
