Larger Home in Tracy City, TN Tiny Home Lake & Community-Retreat at Water's Edge

Our home, Eagles Edge, is nestled on 2 wooded acres in a gated lake community- “Retreat at Water's Edge".

Our community has a 95 acre calm water lake w/ kayak & bike rentals, multiple public docks, a pavilion, fishing, community fire pits, playground, trails & a pool (coming soon). Bring your kayak, bikes, and fishing gear.

Numerous waterfalls, hiking trails, biking trails, and paths to walk. Nearby: South Cumberland State Park w/ trailheads, waterfalls, hiking, biking (Mountain Goat Trail), Sewanee-University of the South (numerous trails), Monteagle, Tracy City, the Caverns Music Venue in Pelham, Big Foot Adventure, Fall Creek Falls, Bonnaroo, Music Festival, Tim's Ford Lake, Chattanooga, & Nashville (less than 1.5hr).

Our spacious retreat home has 3 rooms, 2 with a queen bed & closet and an open loft with a daybed & trundle. 2 full baths (1 tub & 1 walk in shower).

Eagles Edge has WiFi, 2 TVs, board games, & books.

We provide numerous amenities: bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, & a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar.

There is a full size washer and dryer available.

There are many ways to enjoy the outdoors in our screened-in porch with string lights, and covered porch with rocking chairs.

You can also enjoy our fire pit with string lights and the BBQ grill in the back.

You can receive a welcome packet with many great suggestions and there will also be a guest book at the house for you to reference during your stay.

Beth was an excellent host with every detail attended to. The adorable house was impeccably clean and had all we could need and more! Everything had its place. We especially appreciated the stocked coffee bar and the lovely firepit with outdoor blankets provided! Beth's home was just what we needed for a perfect girls golf getaway!

Eagle’s Edge was Amazing!

We booked a long weekend for July 4th 2025. We met our Air Force buddies/friends of 35 years! We came from Memphis, they came from Knoxville! It was a perfect weekend! Eagle’s Edge was well -appointed with everything we needed! We cooked breakfast all 3 mornings and grilled out 1 night! Beth was super communicative and shared tips about restaurants and activities! We’ve stayed at several “tiny houses” over the past 5 years but Eagle’s Edge is our favorite so far! We will definitely be back!

Family Christmas in Tracy City

We visited Tracy City for the first time this year to spend the holidays with family and chose Eagles Edge in the Retreat at Waters Edge as our “home away from home”. We had an awesome trip and an amazing stay. This little home met all of our needs and allowed our family to stay together comfortably to celebrate the holidays. We highly recommend Eagles Edge for any other family looking for the ultimate peaceful stay in Tracy City.

Adorable place

My friends & i enjoyed 2 nights at this sweet place. We had absolutely everything we could have needed. We stayed here for a concert at the Caverns. On our free day, we hiked part of the Fiery Gizzard. This VRBO is a great location in a beautiful area with a responsive host.

The "Caverns" Trip

Everyone in our group of six absolutely loved Eagles Edge. The house was very comfortable, relaxing, and beautiful. When we were not exploring the area, it didn't matter whether we were hanging out in the kitchen, watching TV, or out on the porch, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Perfect getaway!

Wonderful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Eagles Edge. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and it was only 5 minutes from the venue.. The hosts were very accommodating as we needed more time for check out. The place was extremely clean and decorated beautifully.. They had everything you could possibly need to feel at home… The games in the loft for kids was a plus!! We highly recommend this rental home.

Modern + Cozy abode in beautiful rustic surroundings

Group of 4 traveled from FL to Nashville for a work conference. Wanted to extend the trip a few days with some glamping and waterfall hikes. This cute mountain town was about 1.5 Hours from Nashville but seemed like a real escape! Beautiful rustic area, but modern and cozy digs with all of the amenities you could think of. Even a new playground in the neighborhood for our 3 year old. The property owners were very informative, helpful, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to all!

Retreat at Eagle's Edge Vacation Home in Tracy City, TN

This home is an adorable cottage! It is decorated very cute and cozy! Everything was spotless and well organized. There wasn't anything we needed. We cooked all weekend, went hiking and watched a lot of Emily in Paris on Netflix. We had rain all day on Saturday, that made it even more fun to stay in our pj's all day and be together. We loved the screened in porch! Very relaxing and comfy. The views were beautiful with lots of trees around the house and area. Walked to the lake and enjoyed that scenery too. I would definitely come back here! Our hosts were the mostest! I can't say enough great things about them. Any questions we had, they responded right away. Thank you Beth and Blaine(our hosts) for letting us stay in your wonderful place :)
