We have spent really good time at Cretan Dream Resort, especially thanks to the Staff. Even though the weather was not so good they suggested us places to visit when raining. Everyone has been really helpful with our requests, reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff. Breakfast was so rich and the food was of really top quality : there were many local products like cheese, honey ,fresh fruit, many quality of bread, jams...I would stay there again in the future.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and we were really happy with the service and room. The lady that owns the hotel is really helpful and chatty. You don't have luxury but you find a place where you will feel like home. Strongly recommended.

The staff were great, no fault to them at all… but the hotel and area surrounding were extremely drab. There is absolutely no vibe or energy at this hotel, the room has no decor, the shower was falling apart. Breakfast was gross. The neighborhood is pretty much the opposite of what you think Crete ...
