"The staff were excellent. Unable to link movie apps from my phone. Staff tried to help, unsuccessfully. Pool was closed. Phone had extremely low volume and the staff and I couldn’t hear each other. After checkout $80 had been changed in addition to the amount charged at checkout. I called and told it was customary and would be refunded if I didn’t have a bar bill or damage to my room. I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous!"

"Kitchen did not have a large enough pan, and no seasonings but the room was large and clean and we enjoyed our stay."

"The outside of the hotel has been updated and looks worth the price we paid for the night. I was disappointed, thinking I was spending a little more money on a nice hotel. Had I been looking at a more budget-friendly hotel, I wouldn't have been disappointed, but I definitely feel like we overpaid for the condition of the establishment."

"The room overall was decent, but the air conditioner you could see a gap and see outside, and there were ants in my room! I requested it to move rooms and then I was told that all the rooms would probably be like! that !! I won’t be back ever again!"

"This property is not kept up well. It looked to be clean but not maintained well. Our sink barely worked. The toilet seat was not on good. If you are ONLY looking for a place to sleep, then it may be ok."
