"Location was clean and well maintained. Parking is limited if larger vehicles are parked there."

"With exception to room construction everything else was perfect - clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, & excellent coffee. You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect."

"The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was solid. Bagel, yogurt, and coffee. The only issue I had was parking. He'd to park a bit away from the hotel as the hotel parking was full."

"We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room particularly we killed a roach on the TV counter and a spider was in the bed when pulling back the sheets. It may have been because the room did have a terrace (door to the balcony). I notified the staff when checking out and they were receptive of the notification and said they would get the room sprayed. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous even with late check-in."

"This was an exceptional hotel for what I paid for. Definitely far more amenities that I would have expected for < $80 total for a single king room. This is definitely a place suited for longer term stays with everything they have. It’s a hidden gem in the choices of hotels one has if going through Amarillo!"

"Rooms not serviced daily, must go get your own clean towels at the front desk. The bed mattress is cheap and VERY uncomfortable"

"Bathroom had some mold in it also smelled very musty. The bathtub had dirt in the bottom of it and the faucet in the tub was dripping ."

"Check in was quick and clerk was very personable. We had a king suite w kitchenette and couch. The bed was wonderful. The walk in shower was big with good water pressure. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, tortillas with salsa and shredded cheese. Then the usual yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, cereals and waffle maker."

"The breakfast was good, coffee etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A/C worked well. The only issues were the back of the bathroom door was severely chewed up looking and badly damaged from previous guests and the upstairs occupants were loud and didn't quiet down until about 1:30am. For the cost, I rated it as ok/good. Location was great though right off I-40 west. Plenty of nearby restaurants available too."

"at check in, my room was super humid and warm. the desk clerk tried her absolute best to fix the ac. moving rooms was not an obtion. i already was in the room. my shower temp was luke warm and NEVER got hotter. the fridge was not cold and NEVER got colder. the ice maker was blocked by 4 pallets of parts/fixtures/equipment for their remodel. meaning the whole hotel couldn’t utilize it. i am a diabetic and had to drive to a convenience store to handle that serious issue. to top it off,...

"Checked in and the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor and the Elevator was out of service. After hauling our belongings upstairs, the A/C wasn't working. The room was 80 degrees and the A/C was running blowing warm air. The refrigerator in the kitchenette was missing. It was cooler in the hallway. We could hear the neighbors 2 rooms down and it sounded like the Semi trucks on the interstate were rolling through our room. Asked for another room, and was told none were available. ...

"Very basic hotel room, but it’s all I needed for 1 night. Spacious, clean and a fairly comfortable mattress. I would stay again!"

"Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!"
