Chef services are available daily covers 2 meals
THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE, BUT CAN BE ADDED for US $150 ( 2 meals per day for your group Chef hours 7am-7pm)

ACCESS
To access the complex, lockbox code is provided to retrieve main gate key fob.
Doorcode is provide for access to inside the property.

WE HAVE ECO SENSORS
• IF BEDROOM DOORS ARE LEFT OPEN, AIR CONDITIONER WILL TURN OFF IN 3 MINUTES.
• IF THE BEDROOM DOORS ARE CLOSED AND ROOM DEEMED UNOCCUPIED THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL OPERATE FOR 15 MINUTES.
• IF BEDROOM DOORS ARE CLOSED AND THE ROOM IS DEEMED OCCUPIED (BODY MOVEMENT DETECTED ONLY ONCE AFTER THE DOORS ARE CLOSED) THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED


LIVINGROOM
Front and Back doors must be closed.
AC will operate normally and system scans for movement every 30 mins. If there is no movement detected system will shut off and will need to be restarted with remote. If movement is detected system will operate uninterrupted



STOVE

Ensure the pilot switch is on the one close to the microwave
The stove has a lock so you need to power on then press the unlock button.
