It comprises a 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower or bath) and a garden of around 9,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The main house comprises
Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with sofas, dining table and fireplace (use at extra cost).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80x190) that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2 90x190) and a single bed (80x190).
- A shower room with shower and WC
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds (80x190) that can be brought together to form a double bed. Access is not recommended for small children (narrow staircase).

In the outbuilding you will find :
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 6: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide a highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool, 15.5 x 7.5m, fenced with access through a gate. Open from 15 May to 30 September
- A beautiful private garden (not fenced) of around 9,000 m² with games (trampoline, table tennis)

The house is located in Tourtour, in a quiet, peaceful setting. In the village, just a 3-minute drive away, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
