The kitchen, open to the living room, is very practical. Fully equipped, you'll be able to use induction hobs, oven, microwave, top refrigerator, washing machine, etc. (the dishwasher is under maintenance and is therefore not usable)
The living room is spacious and bright. Beautifully decorated, it invites you to relax not only in the cosy sitting area, but also thanks to the large bay window that leads straight onto a beautiful terrace on the same level. A relaxing spot for quiet evenings!

Very functional accommodation, you'll have access to the residence's courtyard, where you'll find a private parking space just in front of the apartment's terrace.
Accessible from the main roads (A10 then the quays, boulevard Béranger, etc.), you can arrive by car in complete safety. Buses are also just a few minutes' walk from the property (lines 15, 4, 3a and 3b, 34), and the Preuilly stop means you can get around easily by public transport or on foot.
