Le Sauvignon, T2 with character and garden

Located on the first floor of a typical Touraine-style building, our apartment has been designed with your comfort in mind.

The living/dining room is cozy and is sure to provide you with wonderful evenings after you return from your sightseeing trips!

It features a modern L-shaped sofa bed, a small nesting table, a cinema-style projector lamp, and a small flat-screen TV. A large window lets in plenty of natural light.

The dining area is perfect for quick meals!

The kitchen is separate and functional. It includes some storage space, a countertop for preparing meals, a stovetop, a range hood, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, a teapot, and a toaster. You’ll also find a kitchen starter kit, for the first night only: 1 trash bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, and a kitchen towel... will be at your disposal (except for kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, and oil, which are not provided).

The cozy-style bedroom features a double bed, two small round bedside tables with lamps, and a clothes rack.

Bedding and linens (sheets, one bath towel per person, and a bath mat) are provided.

The bathroom is functional and includes a shower, a vanity unit, a mirror with lights, and a towel rack. You will also have a bathroom amenity kit for the first night only: 1 small bottle of shower gel, 1 small bottle of shampoo, and 1 roll of toilet paper.

You’ll have private access to the garden, where you can enjoy your meals starting in early spring.

The apartment is equipped with the following:
