Our apartment will be ideal for a tourist stay or a business trip.

Its geographical location, near the centre of Tours, will be perfect for discovering Touraine and its riches!

As soon as you arrive, you will be able to appreciate its functionality and you will only have to enjoy your stay.
The accommodation
Located on the first floor of a typical Tourangeau building, our apartment has been designed for your comfort.

The living/dining room, entirely parquet floored, is composed of a modern sofa and convertible, a coffee table and a cinema projector lamp facing a small flat screen.

The dining area, for four people, is at your disposal to share meals on your return from the Marché des Halles (an institution in Tours!).

The kitchen is separate and very functional. It includes a large worktop to concoct your delicious recipes, some storage, hot plates, a hood, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a teapot, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will also find a kitchen kit, for the 1st night only: 1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a dish towel for the kitchen... will be at your disposal (except for the kitchen groceries: salt, pepper, oil... which will not be provided).

The sleeping area is composed of two comfortable bedrooms with neat decoration.

The first bedroom in warm colours has a double bed, two small bedside tables with light fixtures, a sun mirror and a clothes rack.

The second bedroom, with its refined decoration, has a double bed, two small bedside tables with light fixtures and a clothes rack.

Bedding and linen (sheets, one bath towel per person, one bath mat) are provided.

The bathroom is modern and functional. Here, you can relax! At your disposal a shower, a vanity unit and a mirror with light fixtures. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only: 1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo as well as a roll of toilet paper.

The apartment has the following amenities:

Traveler access
The entire accommodations are at your disposal.
Other remarks
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house.
We love animals very much but they are unfortunately forbidden in the accommodation for hygiene reasons.
Parties and festive events are not allowed.
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
For security reasons, access to the accommodations are under video surveillance.
Parking is free on the main street and surrounding streets.

- Check-in time between 4 p.m. and midnight.
- Check-out time until 10am (until noon on Sundays).
