Charming apartment in the heart of the historic center

Charming apartment located in a 15th century building, in the historic center of the city, renovated in April 2025. In the heart of the most beautiful district, its beautiful facades and alleys, it is in the immediate vicinity of Place Plumereau, restaurants, shops and remarkable sites of Tours. Everything is within walking distance in 5 minutes. You will appreciate this cozy nest for its comfortable bed, the brightness, the comfort, the decoration, the location. Ideal for a couple stay or a business trip.
This beautiful 50 m² suite is made up of a half-timbered entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking (induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishes, basic necessities, washing machine), a dining room and office, a living room communicating with the bedroom with quality bedding (Queen size bed), a laundry room (hangers, iron and ironing board), a bathroom and separate WC.
The apartment has been carefully renovated in noble and clear materials (parquet, woodwork, white walls), and perfectly soundproofed.
You will benefit from an ideal location in this dynamic and lively district, where you can easily access all the activities desired for a tourist or professional stay, before resting in this comfortable apartment.

The large apartment was recently remodeled and it’s very functional with a kitchen. Gorgeous decor.Just down the street from the old town Square where all the restaurants are. Two flights up a spiral staircase.

The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Tours. It is exactly as advertised - roomy, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well equipped. Check in/check out was seamless. The restaurant downstairs is the best in the area and highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment. Well located, but could be noisy if you want windows open. Spiral staircase a problem if older. No allocated parking only what you can find on the street.

The property itself is lovely and in a wonderful location. However there is no mention of the fact there is a narrow spiral staircase without a handrail for part of it to access the apartment. For us it was not too much of a problem although getting two full size suitcases up there was a challenge as we are in our late sixties although very fit.

We loved staying here - not only was it a beautiful (and beautifully furnished) apartment, it was also in the best neighborhood in Tours, adjacent to the Place Plumereau, the most vibrant and historic square in all of Tours. Within walking distance to everything (including the Tourist office, gare, and river), it was one of the best experiences we've had in renting. Highly recommended!

En vacances pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire, nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’accueil d’Alexandre qui a pris le temps de nous conseiller et de nous donner des informations utiles à notre séjour. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et sa situation au coeur du Tours historique est idéale pour se balader et découvrir la ville. Une belle surprise.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le cœur de Tours. L’appartement est superbe et très très propre. L’accueil par Alexandre a été parfait et ponctuel. Nous avons remis les clefs à la fin du séjour à Morgane qui nous a bien conseillé pour un prochain séjour ! Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement. Ce séjour était magique, c’est tout ce que nous avions besoin en ce moment.

This apartment is a comfortably & tastefully modernised unit in a 15th century building in the heart of the old part of Tours. It is blessed by wonderful daylight & is well insulated from outside noise & temperature. There is an abundance of excellent restaurants in the area, many being just a few paces from the front door. This Aussie couple found the apartment ideal for exploring the old town, wandering along the beautiful river banks, shopping at the local markets, & visiting a number of museums, etc. The owner/host, Alexandre, is a true gentleman, & was so very friendly & helpful.

Alexandre's apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Place du Plumereau. It is also quiet and secure. We ate at a restaurant recommended by Alexandre and that venue was a level above most of the other Tours "eateries". We thoroughly recommend this apartment.
