"This hotel claimed to have AC, but the AC was barely working in our rooms. In addition, there was a live bug on our bed and the hotel staff was unable to do anything about it. We suspect it was a bed bug. They did not have a mini fridge in the rooms. The staff was nice, but the hotel is far from full service."

Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world."

The walls and floors looks like they've sustained water damage over the years. There were ants inside the room. No garbage can and the staff didn't pick up the trash either. The best was making so much noise just by changing position... The location is really good, the views are amazing, the staff is really...
