"Very good service from staff, very helpful. We arrived after the reception closed but the staff waited for us so we had a good welcoming. Staff helped us get around. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurant nearby. The views from our room very incredible. Breakfast was good and the beds very very comfortable and clean."

"ユングフラウの登山電車はインターラーケンOSTに発着します。 インターラーケンウェストとは、1.5kmほど離れていますが、散歩で行き来出来る距離です。 途中には時計屋さんが一杯あります。 ホテルの部屋は風呂付きでした。 10月中旬のヨーロッパのホテルは、まだ暖房が効いていませんが、このホテルは暖房が効いていて、暑いくらいでした。 部屋にポットやコーヒーはありませんが、1階にラウンジがあり、そこでお湯やコーヒー、紅茶が無料でサービスされています。 多くのお客様が食べ物を持ち込んで、そこで食べていました。"

"Great room with a view of the water and mountains. Breakfast buffett is amazing and has everything. Hotel is at Interlaken West train station and comes with free train/bus pass for use within town. TV was modern enough I could stream from my phone. Hotel workers were friendly and informative. I got hot water for my noodles. No cooking items or fridge are in rooms. Just coffee machine."

"Great staff very helpful. They upgraded our room upon arrival which I don’t believe ever requesting. There were nice perks included like tooth brush toothpaste, and several other bathroom supplies. Several drinks were included, and chocolate was included. Beds were clean and comfy, room was clean. Staff was great in helping make accommodations for taxi ride to the train station. Breakfast was mediocre, but there are great restaurants just a short walk away. "

"This hotel was an amazing retreat during our month long city hopping trip. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, right next to laundry room, excellent breakfast, and even had a private balcony where we would sit each night and reflect on the day. Very close to train station and grocery store, plus our host gave us a handy map to use.     I took this on May 28th at Switzerland's Harder Kulm! It's a great viewpoint at 1,321 m (4,334 ft) in the Berner Oberland. The Berner Oberland being one of the most picturesque parts of Switzerland. I only got to see a slice of it and I'm so glad I did :). One of those slices was at this top station. It's an easy funicular ride from Interlaken. I got there right before the fog engulfed everything!! Literally just a few minutes later this was all swallowed up by fog! But, though covered in atmosphere, I still got incredible mountain & lake views. Including views to the right side, as well, with even more mountains and a lovely valley! There is also Lake Thun on the right side but I wasn't able to see it - the fog already claimed the land! And, the lake you see here is Lake Brienz. I'd love to return someday and get more clear views. But, I can't complain, really. I loved the magic mood! The next day was my final one in Switzerland - I headed to the iconic Matterhorn!
