Behind the old monastery walls at the entrance lies a beautiful courtyard overgrown with trees and flowers, bordered on the front by the lake’s pebble beach. Behind the site, guests are treated to a picturesque mountain panorama that complements the old 14th-century monastery buildings perfectly. This is where the campground’s bar and restaurant are located, where you’re sure to spend many leisurely hours in an extraordinary atmosphere. It features a private beach, expansive green spaces, modern restroom facilities, a grocery store, a restaurant specializing in seafood, a bar, a tavern, and a pizzeria. For sports enthusiasts, there are two swimming pools—one of which is for children—clay tennis courts, a soccer field within the resort, and another one just outside in the immediate vicinity. During peak season, the campground offers a varied children’s entertainment program. Sports competitions and entertaining activities take place throughout the week, both during the day and in the evening. There is also the option to book horseback riding excursions. Additionally, washing machines and dryers are available. This makes the resort an excellent choice for a wonderful family vacation.
The Standard Plus 8x3 mobile home features one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds and also features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The seating area in the living room can be converted into an additional sleeping area if needed. The well-equipped kitchen in the living room comes with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The mobile home also features air conditioning and satellite TV. The outdoor seating area with a table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Pillows and blankets are provided. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort is ideal for families, as it not only offers direct beach access and a children’s pool but also features children’s entertainment, a mini-club, a playground, and various sports facilities during the peak season.

Guests have access to a playground, soccer field, tennis court, and pool. Bicycles can also be rented within walking distance. Various water sports on the lake are also available.

In the mini-market, you’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, groceries, and various camping supplies.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans. There are also shopping options in the immediate vicinity. Of course, you’re also welcome to take advantage of our half-board option at favorable rates. You can book this on-site (no advance registration required).
PETS
A maximum of 1 pet (up to 35 kg) is allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.

The vacation village is located in Toscolano-Maderno and borders directly on the lake. This makes it the ideal vacation spot for families with small children. It is approximately 500 meters from the town center.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Toscolano-Maderno is located on the western shore of Lake Garda. The municipality, formed by the merger of these two towns, is separated only by the Toscolano River. Maderno has a beautiful historic center and, along the lakeside road, many lovely villas set in large gardens. A car ferry departs from here to Torri del Benaco on the eastern shore. Where the parish church of Maderno now stands, there once stood a mighty castle with four towers, one of which still serves as a bell tower today. Since the Middle Ages, Toscolano has long been known for its paper production and book printing. The waters of the Tosolano torrent, rushing down from the mountains, powered the paper mills. Today, the river is dammed at Lago di Valvestino, high above Lake Garda, and has thus lost its torrential force. It is precisely because of its ancient roots that modern Toscolano-Maderno exudes a special charm and captivates its visitors with romantic nooks, winding alleys, small restaurants, and beautiful coves. Those who enjoy spending plenty of time outdoors and going on hikes or bike rides will certainly find what they’re looking for in the area around Toscolano-Maderno. After all, there are numerous trails and paths here of all difficulty levels—perfect for an afternoon family outing as well as for endurance-seeking and ambitious sports enthusiasts. Every Monday morning, a small organic farmers’ market takes place in Toscolana, featuring products from local producers. A lovely, traditional weekly market with plenty of bargains and healthy regional specialties takes place every Thursday. It’s just a 1½-hour drive to Verona for a city trip, where you can explore its Roman history, the famous balcony from Romeo and Juliet, and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which are perfect for an extensive shopping trip. A drive around Lake Garda is also always a memorable experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you’ll find Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will have a wonderful time here, as there’s something for everyone—young and old alike—with over 40 attractions ranging from whitewater rides to a fairy-tale-themed world. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, ready to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide all the action you could want. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes’ drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include several endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and red pandas. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
