Villa Sinsonte – A place of peace and relaxation on the Costa del Sol. Villa (120 sqm) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – space for up to 6 people.



Villa Sinsonte is located in Torrox, on the Costa del Sol / Andalusia on a 6000 sqm plot with its own large private pool. The house is nestled in between 300 olive trees on a hill overlooking the sea. There is a 250-meter concrete road all the way in to the house from the asphalt road. From the house you drive to the popular beaches of Torrox in 14 minutes. A normal rental car works very well. The first restaurants can be reached within 3.5 km. By car it takes 50 minutes to get to Malaga airport.



The villa is on one level and can accommodate up to 6 people. The entrée to the house is via the terrace and this leads you in to the living room. The living room has got a dinning place and sofas and a log burner. The house has got 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed, one bedroom has got 2 single beds that can be pushed together. One of the bedrooms has its own on suite bathroom with its own direct access, equipped with a bathtub with shower. Another bathroom has a shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living area, there is also a wood stove in the living room for winter use.



The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven and all necessary small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, microwave, etc.



The living room with open kitchen is the central room of the house with access to the very spacious terrace that extends around the entire house, with absolute stunning view of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.



A covered terrace in front of the entrance door offers a lot of space to sit and eat. From here you can also enjoy a fantastic view.



A rustic pergola on the west terrace offers another shaded seating option. An external staircase leads to a 10 x 4 m long pool. Here you can really swim it is a very spacious pool. The area around the pool offers a lot of space to relax. Here is also a pool shower next to the pool. Since the nearest neighbours are out of sight, you can move around freely here.



Next to the house there is a separate room with a washing machine. The car can be parked in a carport.

DIRECTIONS

Directions from Malaga Airport to House Villa Sinsonte.



1. You drive from Malaga Airport and out on the E-15 motorway in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here you follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Torrox

2. When you start approaching Torrox, you turn off Motorway at exit 940, you are now coming down to a roundabout and here you take the third exit onto Torrox, follow white sign towards Torrox.

3. You arrive at the next roundabout here, take the second exit following signs for Torrox. Continue on the A-7207 road towards Torrox.

4. You are now entering a new roundabout. Take the second exit up and follow the signage Torrox road MA-5105 and then right to the T-junction and follow the MA-5105 road. You are now driving through Torrox city and just follow the road ahead.

5. You will arrive at a roundabout, take the second exit straight ahead and then turn left towards the sign “Frigiliana 12” White sign. Here you follow the MA-5105 road about 2 km.

6. After driving in a heavy U-turn, observe a road that goes in the left and have a small sign “Villa Sinsonte” (Also Villa Vista) here turn left and follow the road 200 meters, and turn right at the house Villa Vista and then take first to the left. You see now a gate with the name Villa Sinsonte.

7. You will find a key look at the gate post and open the key look with the keycode you received from us in the order confirmation, here you will find the keys to the gate and to the house. (Here you will also return key on your departure day when you travel home, important that you lock the key look after you.)
