Adjacent to it is the laundry area, integrated into the terrace, with a washing machine and space for hanging out the washing.



The property has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a queen-size bed and the third is furnished with two single beds. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. The high-quality mattresses, central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi (approximately 285 Mbps) make the property equally pleasant for both short breaks and longer stays.
